The boundary element simulation method for the interaction of oblique linear waves with long prismatic floating ocean structures with arbitrary cross section is investigated by using the second kind modified Bessel function. The singular integral method in a constant or linear element and the open boundary treatment are proposed.

采用第二类变形Bessel函数对斜向线性入射波与任意截面形状的长棱柱型浮式海洋结构物的相互作用问题进行了边界元法模拟，给出了常数元和线性元的奇异积分处理方法以及开边界的处理方式。

The 2-D transfer function of the bistatic SAR is obtained. Azimuth position distortion along range existing in the original alogrithm is corrected by mapping from scene coordinate to azimuth-slant distance coordinate. Bistatic SAR date can still be processed by a mono-static SAR processor. The efficaciousness of the proposed algorithm is verified through point target simulations.

By using global reanalysis data from NCEP/NCAR,the durative of a floating dust over Beijing during 7-10 in April of 2006 was analyzed.It was found that the impact systems of the floating dust weather were West Siberia cold eddy,Okhotsk warm high and Tibetan Plateau high ridge at the level of 500 hPa;the dry-cold air at the level of 700 hPa transferred to Beijing ceaselessly,and the cold advection and baroclinic instability were strong,the gale and dust storm occurred in the strong cold advection area;the weak instability stratification in surface layer and mid-low level in the south of North China resulted in weak ascending air flow,then transported dust particles to Beijing depending on the easterly wind in front of the surface low pressure.
