Methods: Symptomless group consist of 100 adults without cervicobrachialgia history, male female equalization. Scan by CT, measuring cross section and CT value of scalene anterior muscle, as normal contrast; 32 final diagnosis cases in treat group, by means of same method, statistics and comparison, analysis. Adopt maneuver to therapy. Analysis was done after one course followed by short-term and long-term.

无症状组选取不同年龄组无颈臂痛病史者100人，男女各半；CT平扫其C6上缘-C7上缘，测量前斜角肌横断面面积及CT值，统计后作为正常值参照；治疗组取确诊的无并发骨性改变及椎管内病变的前斜角肌综合征患者32人，CT平扫其同一平面，测量其患侧前斜角肌横断面面积及CT值，进行对比分析；采用手法进行治疗；1疗程后按近、远期进行随访，分析疗效。

The in vitro effects of Gln49-PLA_2 were examined using the chick biventer cervicis nerve muscle preparation. Gln49-PLA_2 caused a dosedependent blockade of neuromuscular transmission. The time required to cause 50% blockade was about 150 min at the highest concentration 100μg/ml. This inhibition appeared to be presynaptic in origin as evidenced by the lack of effect of toxin on responses to exogenous acetylcholine in the non-stimulated BCp.

Gln49-PLA_2能够剂量依赖性地抑制颈二腹肌神经信号正常传导并影响肌肉收缩，在100μg/ml剂量下，肌肉收缩幅度在150分钟后达到50%的抑制率；同时，随着Gln49-PLA_2浓度的降低，肌肉收缩幅度的抑制效率也逐渐降低；实验证明Gln49-PLA_2对突触后膜乙酰胆碱受体敏感性无影响，对神经肌肉信号传导收缩的抑制作用位点在突触前膜。

The TCM symptoms of hypokinesia, muscle rigidity, bradykinesia, nape rigor, diziness, insomnia and dreamful sleep, sore waist, skelalgia and constipation in treating group has improved than that in controlled group. Compared with placebo group, the"off"time of patients in NKN group reduced 27% averagely; the"on" time prolonged 19% averagely.

脑康宁组证候总有效率76.67％，对照组为50.0％，两组比较有显著差异（P＜0.05）；脑康宁组肢体拘挛、运动迟缓、颈背僵直、头晕、失眠多梦、盗汗、腰酸腿痛、便秘等症状均有明显改善（P＜0.05）；脑康宁组用药后&关期&平均减少27％，&开期&平均延长19％；用药后生活质量评分的各方面均有明显改善，且与对照组比较有明显差异。

Methods Rabbits were randomized to three groups. Complex model group were fed with feed containing 0.5% cholesterol for 3 weeks. At the fourth, eighth and twelfth weeks, rabbits were given injection of lipopolysaccharide (1 μg) at auricular artery, cervical part and fold inguen, respectively. Normal group were fed with normal diet, while High cholesterol group were fed with feed confaining 0.5% cholesterol only. After 16 weeks, vascular tissues were analyzed using morphometric and histological methods, and the sera were checked for cholesterol, LDL-C, C-reaction protein and tumor necrosis factor-α. Results The cholesterol and LDL-C of High cholesterol group were increased, compared to those of normal group.
