In this paper,the nanometer carbon blacks of high oxygenous functional groups were used for carrier of target antitumor medicine,it was studied that the nanometer carbon black was oxidized by two ways and that the oxidized carbon black was used to graft antitumour etoposide(VP-16) by two ways also.

本文以高含氧官能团的纳米炭黑为抗肿瘤靶向药物的载体，研究了纳米炭黑的两种氧化改性方法以及在改性后的纳米炭黑表面接枝抗肿瘤药物依托泊苷(VP-16)的两条合成路线。

From FT-IR we think that the hydrogen bond between the polar oxygenous group on the thin film surface treated with plasma and acetone molecules would enlarge the distance between the carbon black particles, resulting in the addition of the electrical resistance, then the response behavior of the thin film to acetone was improved greatly.

In order to solve these problems, first, activated carbon which was deashed by hydrochloride was modified through using concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, hydrogen peroxide and potassium permanganate in the paper, the result showed that the modification of activated carbon is best through using concentrated sulfuric acid under 250℃ through analyzing the desulfurization efficiency and acidic oxygenous group on surface.
