Secondary growth of silicalite-1-seeded industrial CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 in alkaline solution with silica and alumina source produced intergrown ZSM-5 zeolite shells. After the shells were changed into HZSM-5, we compared the catalytical performance of the core/shell composite catalyst with a non-core/shell structured composite catalyst with the same component.

铜锌铝催化剂（CuO-ZnO-Al2O3）是工业上制备二甲醚的良好催化剂，我们将其表面预先包覆纳米沸石silicalite-1晶种，水热环境下二次生长后吸收硅源、铝源后形成ZSM-5膜，转换成氢型后形成CuO-ZnO-Al2O3/HZSM-5的核/壳结构复合催化剂。

The periostea of both experimental and control side of the mandibular ramus were taken and prepared, 2 of each 5 rabbits in a group were prepared for HE stain detection and 3 for proliferating cell nuclear antigen immunohistochemical detection.Results:1, The newly formed bone was detected on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus after periosteal distraction. The bone was shaped like a hill. It looked very low and was full of holes at postoperative day 28. With the time of consolidation period lengthened, the newly formed bone matured gradually. X-ray examination showed the new bone shaped like a hill. The average values of new bone height at postoperative days 28,35,42 and 56 were 1.86 + 0.15mm, 2.29 + 0.29mm,3.19 + 0.13mm and 4.70 + 0.45mm. Histological examination of both HE stain and picricacid-fuchsin stain showed the increase in the number of osteoblasts and the change in the orientation of collagen fibers and bone trabecula. There were no significant differences between newly formed bone and original bone on the lateral aspect of mandibular ramus at postoperative day 56 histologically.2 Compared with the control side, the distracted periostea proliferated obviously under the microscope, and the number of periostealcells increased with satiation of cellular nuclear per unit area. The images of PCNA immunohistochemical stain of periosteum showed that the experimental periosteum proliferated obviously after distraction compared with the control side.

结果：骨膜牵张成骨的实验研究南京医科大学硕{学位论文l、骨膜牵张后，可见下领升支外侧的骨皮质上有新骨形成，新骨呈山峰状凸起，术后第28天的新生骨较低平，多孔隙，随着固定时间的延长，新骨逐渐成熟；下领升支前后向切线位X线投照显示新骨呈山峰样隆起；经测量，术后第28、35、42和56天组平均新生骨厚度分别为x.86士0.15mm、2.29士0.29mm、3.19士0.13mm和4.70 土0.45mm；脱钙骨组织的HE染色和不脱钙骨组织的苦味酸一品红染色的组织学观察均显示了新生骨在成骨细胞数量上的增长，以及胶原纤维和骨小梁排列方向上的变化，术后第56天的新生骨在组织学上与原升支骨组织已无明显区别。2、HE染色显示，与对照组相比较，实验侧骨膜增生明显，细胞间排列紧密，单位面积内骨膜细胞数增多，细胞核饱满；骨膜PCNA 免疫组化染色显示，与对照侧相比较，实验侧骨膜在牵张后出现了明显的增生迹象，PCNA阳性细胞分布紧密，单位面积内阳性细胞数较对照组多，靠近骨表面的骨膜中的阳性细胞数更多而且分布更为紧密。

Pristine Li-Al LDHs are synthesized by hydrothermal process in different reaction conditions by varying the aging time for 1 and 24 hours. Both the Li-Al layered double hydroxides (abbreviated as Li-Al LDH1 and Li-Al LDH24 for aging time 1 hour and 24 hours, respectively) were modified by using sulphanilic acid sodium salt hydrate, modified agent to form modified Li-Al LDH1-SAS and Li-Al LDH24-SAS. The morphology of the pristine layered double hydroxides are investigated by using wide angle X-rays diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and particle size analyzer which indicates that the crystallinity and aspect ratio is increased with increasing the aging time from 1 hour to 24 hours. The particle size of Li-Al LDH24 and Li-Al LDH1 are found to be ~1000 nm and ~250 nm, respectively. Both the pristine and modified LDHs are characterized by XRD, FTIR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis.

本研究目的在於改变长晶时间的长短，合成出同径大小的Li-Al LDHs，再经由改质剂sulphanilic acid sodium salt hydrate将Li-Al LDHs无机层材表面有机官能化制备出改质型Li-Al LDHs-SAS，於是进一步藉由扫描式电子显微镜、射径仪和穿透式电子显微镜等仪器分别观察LDHs改质前和改质后其主层结构型态上的变化；从中可以发现Li-Al LDHs随著长晶时间的增加其径有随之增大的趋势，但经有机化改质后其径会由於改质环境的影响明显低许多，针对此现象本实验将未改质和改质后之Li-Al人工无机层材制备成复材进一步探讨其在热性质和难燃特性上的为表现。

On the basis of experiment analyses we would got that, When arc met with chute, it was blocked and had a stagnation, this made hot gas flow incrase near the chute; After arc went into the chute, mental vapor from arc root would lower the dielectric strength near the chute, meanwhile, High value of arc voltage and the corase face of the chute made electric strength increase. These factors might give rise to local restriking near the chute, and made arc voltage drop suddenly.

总结实验结果并加以分析，本文提出了这样的观点：电弧进入栅片时，在入口处受阻后的停滞，会使该区域的热气流增加；进入栅片后，弧根蒸发的金属蒸汽、电弧热气流会降低栅片入口区域的介质强度；电弧被栅片分割后，电压急剧上升，再加上栅片表面的不均匀会使局部区域的电场强度显著增加，这些因素的综合作用会导致电弧在栅片入口附近发生局部重击穿，引起电弧电压电压跌落。

Null mutant Δmnh6 produced appeared offwhite hyphae, showed reduction in growth, conidiation and appressorium formation, and also showed reduction in appressorium turgor pressure. And the hyphae were more readily wettable by a solution containing SDS and EDTA and more easily digested by fungal cell-wall-digesting enzymes. The appressoria produced by Δmnh6 mutants showed diminished host penetration and the infectious hyphae of Δmnh6 mutants showed reduced in planta growth. Targeted deletion of mnh6 resulted in the greatly reduced virulence capacity to barley and rice CO39 in infection assays.

突变子Δmnh6的菌落形态不同于野生型GUY11，菌落呈灰白色，菌丝稀疏，生长速度变慢，产孢菌丝细胞壁的溶剂疏水性消失，菌丝细胞壁容易被细胞壁降解酶降解，产孢减少，孢子形态变得细长，孢子的附着胞形成率降低，附着胞的膨压降低，附着胞对寄主植物表面的穿透能力减弱，侵入后生长速度减慢，喷雾接种后对大麦和水稻CO39的致病性消失。mnh6基因重新引入Δmnh6后，突变子的表型恢复。

METHODS: After isolated the PBMCs and blood-plasma from adult human peripheral blood by Ficoll-Hypaque centrifugation, the PBMC culture procedure with or without the self-blood -plasma was applied to polarize T cells in vitro , these cells were polarized by PHA(20 mg/L),non-PHA respectively.
