MethodsNonheparinized autohemic blood of the rat was taken out from rat"s femoral artery and injected into its caudate nucleus immediately to establish a model of intracerebral hemorrhage.The changes of edema in the ipsilateral bassal ganglia , ipsilateral cortex, contralateral bassal ganglia and contralateral cortex were measured at 1,2,3,5 and 7 days respectively after intracerebral hemorrhage. The rat"s packed red blood cells, lysed red blood cells and hemoglobins at different concentrations were injected respectively into the rat"s caudate nucleus. The changes of edema in various regions of the brain at different time were measured as above. 5U thrombin was injected into the rat"s caudate nucleus and the changes of edema in various regions of the brain at different time were measured as above.

自体股动脉取血，并采用自体未肝素化新鲜血回注法建立大鼠尾状核出血模型，观察脑出血后1，2，3，5，7天血肿同侧基底节区、血肿同侧对应的皮质区、血肿对侧对应的基底节区及血肿对侧对应的皮质区脑组织水分含量的变化；分别以自体浓缩红细胞(PRBC，50％)、溶解红细胞(LRBC，50％)、不同浓度的大鼠血红蛋白注入大鼠尾状核，并观察不同时间不同部位脑组织水分含量的变化；以5U凝血酶注入大鼠尾状核，观察不同时间不同部位的脑组织水分含量的变化。

The location and structures of sex-pheromone-producing gland in female H.insularis were studied by EAG,GC,SEM,and TEM.These studies showed that thegland situate in the intersegmental membrane between the eighth and ninthabdominal segments,and is an eversible abdominal fold;Many plump cones disturbon the surface of the gland.The glandular cells of 2-day old virgin female H.insularis are arranged in one layer,among which the central cells are columnarepithelial cells and flat on two sides.The nucleus is irregular elliptical.There isevident conjugation between cells and the involution is more in the basal membraneof cell.Microvilli are distributed on the cytoplasmic membrane and linked withendocuticle on which there are many layers of chitin,and the outer cuticule is staineddeeper.The cell contains bubbles,mitochondria,glycogen deposits,roughendoplasmic reticulum and smooth endoplasmic reticulum.

结合触角电位、毛细管气相色谱、扫描电镜、透视电镜等技术对小线角木蠹蛾雌蛾腹尖末端不同组织部位提取物的测定分析以及腺体位置和形态结构的观察发现：小线角木蠹蛾性信息素分泌腺位于腹部末端8～9节之间，是一个由节间膜特化而成的上皮结构，为一可外翻的腹褶，腺体表面分布着饱满的锥形体，羽化后2天未交尾的雌蛾腺体细胞呈单层排列，腹面中央由密集的柱形上皮细胞组成，细胞排列向两侧延伸至背部，其形状由柱形逐渐变为扁平形，细胞核为椭圆形，细胞与细胞间有明显的胞连接，细胞基底膜基褶较多，质膜上分布着微绒毛，并与内表皮连接，内表皮上有多层几丁质，外角质层染色较深，细胞质中含有空泡、线粒体、脂质粒、粗面内质网和光面内质网。

Materials and Math- ods: CT and MRI findings of 7 cases with ganglioneuroma and 2 case with ganglioneuroblastoma proved by operation and pathology were analysed retrospectively.

回顾性分析2000年12月1 日到2002年6月1 日间我院病案首页数据库中所有行CT指导下行锥颅抽吸治疗的基底节出血病例以及同期符合锥颅抽吸治疗手术指征而行内科保守治疗的基底节出血患者。在患者出血后30天进行疗效评定。

Eighteen patients had multilevel anterior cervical discectomies with or without internal fixation, 22 patients had decompressive surgery (12 laminectomies and 10 intersegmental decompressions) for multiseg- ment spinal stenosis, 15 patients had laminectomy with posterior spinal fixation, and remaining 9 patients had laminectomy and excision of spinal tumor.
