The therapeutic group was treated by elective cephalic hypothermia for 72 hours. The treatment started within 6 hours after birth.

观察两组患儿治疗前、中、后基本生命体征(体温、呼吸、心率、血压)、血生化(血糖、血电解质及肝功能、肾功能)、血气的变化，并比较两组患儿生后28天20项新生儿神经行为评分。

Because corticosteroid can modify the immunological process which is considered the major mechanism involved in AHS, it is used to treat AHS clinically. However, corticosteroid therapy may have deleterious effect (e.g., delayed healing of cutaneous lesions, infections, prolonged hospital stay). Therefore, the use of corticosteroids for AHS remains controversial. We reported a 54-year-old man who had underlying diabetes mellitus with chronic renal insufficiency, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Allopurinol 100mg twice a day was initiated one month prior to admission. After taking the drug for 24 days, he developed a generalized mild itchy eruption on the trunk and upper extremities followed by chillness, fever, ocular discomfort and painful oral ulcer over one-week period and was admitted to the hospital. A skin biopsy revealed changes consistent with Stevens-Johnson syndrome.

本文报告一位54岁的男性患者，有高血压、高血脂、糖尿病及慢性肾脏功能不全的病史，最近发现有高尿酸血症(11.1mg/dL)而开始服用Allopurinol，在服用24日后，因为逐渐发生皮肤红疹搔痒、口腔溃疡、发烧、畏寒以及眼睛不适，一周之后到医院就医，经诊断为服用Allopurinol所造成之史帝文森－强生症候群(Stevens-Johnson syndrome)，因而在皮肤科住院接受治疗，由於病人有高血压、高血脂及糖尿病，所以入院后仅以支持疗法，并未给予全身性类固醇，然而病人之病况恶化，并有肾功能恶化，因而於住院两日后，转进肾脏科病房，在使用全身性类固醇治疗之后，病况持续改善，并在2周后出院。

留针时以药艾条重灸迎香－上星处，以患者前头部温热，局部皮肤潮红为度；足三里待针刺得气后，用长约1cm的艾条点燃后插于针尾处，燃尽为止。肾阳虚者，加艾条温和灸关元30 min。针灸隔日一次，15次一疗程。

The HSP70 gene expression was determined in hepatopancreas, spleen, heart and head kidney in green swordtail Xiphophorus helleri challenged by Vibrio alginolyticus 0, 2, 5, 8 and 11 days after administration using RT-PCR. Results showed that tile gene expression of the HSP70 was of tissue specific.

用溶藻弧菌Vibrio alginolyticus感染剑尾鱼Xiphophorus helleri，取感染后第0、2、5、8、11 d的活鱼及感染后第2d濒死鱼，采用半定量RT-PCR方法分别检测HSP70基因在肝胰脏、脾脏、头肾和心脏组织中的表达。

Methods The rat models of ARF were made with mercury perchloride by intraperitoneal injection.Five minutes later,the rats in nmhaFGF group and model group were respectively injected with 40 μg·kg-1 nmhaFGF and normal saline by lingual vein.The rats in control group were injected with normal saline.At the time of 30 min,90 min,24 h and 48 h,the contents of blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and urine protein were detected respectively.

腹腔注射氯化汞复制大鼠急性肾功能衰竭模型，5 min后，nmhaFGF组经舌静脉注射nmhaFGF 40 μg·kg-1，模型组经舌静脉注射等剂量的生理盐水，对照组大鼠麻醉后注射生理盐水，在30 min、90 min、24 h、48 h取血检测大鼠血液中尿素氮、肌酐和尿液中蛋白含量的变化。

At the end of the experiment, all of the rats were killed after the last time when the rats were treated with medicine. And the serum was collected to observe blood picture, function of liver kidney, and other important organs were observed, too. The other half number of the rats was killed in two weeks when the rats were stopped taking medicine.

实验结束时分两批处死动物，第一批于最后一次给药后24小时处死，每组处死动物的1／2，作为给药期的观测，取血测血象及肝肾功能，取重要脏器作组织病理学检查；第二批将余下的动物于停药后继续饲养2周后处死，作为恢复期观察，与给药期作相同指标的检测，以了解毒性反应的可逆程度和可能出现的延迟毒性反应。

BMSCs were isolated, depurated, cultivanted, and identified,then incubated with the concentration of 25μg Fe per milliliter at 37℃in 5% CO2. The labeled cells were stained by Prussian blue/trypan blue,and observed under fluorescent microscope.2. The labeled cells of different density (1×104/ml,5×104/ml,1×105/ml,5×105/ml,1×106 /ml,5×106/ml)were imaged by MRI with T1WI, T2WI and T2*WI sequences;and the same density (5×104/ml,1×105/ml)labeled cells were imaged by T2*WI sequences at different time.Then the signal intensities were measured and statistically analyzed.3. The model of rabbit renal ischemia-reperfusion injury was set up and treated. Then BMSCs(5×105)were injected into 16 recipient rabbits(1abeled cells in 10,unlabeled cells in 6)from ear vein.MR images of kidneys were obtained respectively at the time points of 0,1,3,5, 8 days after transplantation and before transplantation. MR imaging findings were analyzed,which were correlated with histological findings.

实验方法1分离、纯化、培养、鉴定兔BMSCs并以SPIO以25μg Fe/ml培养液浓度标记，对标记后不同时间的细胞行普鲁士蓝染色和台盼蓝拒染后显微镜观察。2将不同细胞浓度标记细胞管(1×104/ml、5×104/ml、1×105/ml、5×105/ml、1×106/ml、5×106/ml)，以不同扫描序列T1WI，T2WI，T2*WI(GRE进行MR成像，再选择相同细胞浓度组(5×104/ml、1×105/ml)进行不同时相MR成像，并测量信号强度，进行统计学分析。3缺血再灌注肾损伤模型建立和处理，然后将标记和未标记细胞(5×105个)经耳缘静脉移植入家兔体内(共16只：注入标记细胞者10只，注入未标记细胞者6只)，两组均于注射前、注射后第0、1、3、5、8天应用MRI对移植细胞进行活体示踪并与肾脏组织切片对照，然后对收集的信号强度进行统计学分析。

In A group , the dose of rHuEPO was just two thirds of that in B group during the sustain period.6. The kidney function of two group patiences was stable or improved during the treatment period ,which of A group was improved distinctly after treatment.

两组药物都能使患者肾功能好转或稳定，A组治疗后与用药前比较有非常显著性差异(P.01)，B组治疗后较治疗前有改善但无统计学意义；治疗结束后两组间比较有显著性差异(P 。05)，A组优于B组。
