目的 研究吻合血管、保留腱膜肌腱移植对肌腱愈合及粘连影响方法以30只健康中国白毛红眼兔为实验动物，双后肢自身对照，实验组取左后肢于镜下保护好腱周血供，在腱周组织表面用尖刀片轻柔作一约0.5cm切口，挑出一束跟腱刀片横断，3-0无创缝线改良Kessler法缝合，再间断缝合腱周组织；对照组取右后肢，游离并切除腱周组织，余操作同实验组；空白组：不予任何外科干预。
