The spermatozoa are embeded in a extracellalar matrix composed of high dense fibrils matrix and flocculent and concentric vesicles similar to that in the primary spermatophore layer, but the later lack of spermotozoa. The flocculent and concentric vesicles are often seen to release their contents around the main body of spermatozoa. The spermatozoa may absorb the contents to form vesicular zone and membrane zone in sperm nucleu. The secondary spermatophore layer is distinctly subdivided into inner region and outer region. The loose outer region consists of canaliculated reticulum and large flocculent vesicles.

The results show that:(1) after MA for 20h, single phase bcc nanocrystalline supersaturate solid solution formed in Fe84Nb7B9 and Fe80Ti8B12 alloys; the thermal stability of nanocrystalline microstructure in Fe80Ti8B12 alloy was improved significantly than that in Fe84Nb7B9 alloy, and the decomposition temperature of supersaturate solid solution decreased in Fe80Ti8B12 alloy.(2) under 30MPa/900℃/0.5h hot-press sintering conditions, the relative density of Fe84Nb7B9 and Fe80Ti8B12 bulk alloys were 96.7% and 95.5%, respectively. Compared with Fe84Nb7B9 alloy (muti-phase microstructure), Fe80Ti8B12 alloy was composed of superfine crystalline (50~200nm) of single phase α-Fe;(3) the magnetic properties of Fe80Ti8B12 bulk alloy σ(subscript s=198.6emu/g, H=54.6Oe were more excellent than that of Fe84Nb7B9 bulk alloy σ(subscript s=162.9emu/g, H=105.1G, it was related to the different phases formed during hot-press sintering and the grain size of nanocrystalline powder.

结果表明：(1)20hMA后，Fe84Nb7B9和Fe80Ti8B12均形成了单相bcc纳米晶过饱和固溶体，相对前者，后者纳米晶组织热稳定性明显提高，过饱和固溶体相分解温度略有降低；(2)在30MPa/900℃／0.5h热压条件下，Fe84Nb7B9和Fe80Ti8B12块体合金相对密度分别为96.7%和95.5%，相对前者，后者由超细晶(50~200nm)单相α-Fe组成；(3)Fe80Ti8B12块体合金软磁性能σ(下标 s=198.6emu/g，H＝54.6Oe明显高於Fe84Nb7B9块体合金σ(下标 s=162.9emu/g，H＝105.1Oe，此与纳米晶粉末在热压烧结过程中所形成相的种类和晶粒尺寸大小有关。

The results show that, with the same steel consumption, the longitudinal and transverse girder deck scheme is a little better in stiffness, dynamic characteristics and stability than those of the other scheme's. For the dense transverse girder deck scheme, because of no longitudinal beams, the axial forces of the tie beam and the deck slab are higher than those of the other scheme's. The improving rate of the axial force for the deck slab is about 50%. The inside and outside bending moments of the cross beams reduce to below half of the other scheme's. The longitudinal stress of the deck slab is higher on the whole and the traverse stress is less than that of the other scheme's. The maximum traverse stress of the deck slab is below 40% of the other scheme's.
