结果：66例单侧桡骨无故骨折患者，有52例在伤后9－13年GOBC评分为优良，AO骨折分类与结果无关，相当多的患者仍遗留骨折移位：背侧成角（小于60岁者，平均13°，大于60岁者，平均18°），与伤时相比桡骨存在短缩（小于60岁者，平均2mm，大于60岁者，平均3mm），5例患者复位后仍存关节面缺损（1－2mm），但是仅有1例患者后来发展成了轻度的骨性关节炎。

During 48 hours of corrected hypovolemia and controling shock,the fractures were fixed by plaster support,steel plate,Kirschner wire,intramedullary interlocking nailing respectively according to the displacement of fracture.3-7 days after operation,the excision of eschar and dermatoplasty were done in all patients.

Secondly, the properties of output sequences of stop-and-go clocked combiners are discussed. It is proved that the output sequences are stationary and obey strong law of large numbers and central limit theorem. Using the probabilistic model properly built, we analyze the rate of coincidence between the output sequences of two kinds of generators with basic operations and corresponding LFSRs sequences. All the computational formulae are derived. A recursive algorithm for efficiently computing the poster probability of partial input strings and corresponding joint probability is introduced. Moreover, divide-and-conquer attacks on this kind of generators which reconstruct the initial states of the input stop-and-go generators individually are proposed.

其次，分析了一般钟控停走组合生成器输出序列的概率分布性质，证明了生成器的输出序列是严平稳的，且服从强大数定律和中心极限定理；考察了钟控加法型组合生成器和钟控乘法型组合生成器的输出序列和相应的常规钟控下线性移位寄存器序列之间的符合率，给出了符合率的具体计算公式；给出了组合器输出序列段和输入序列段之间的联合分布以及部分输入序列段的后验概率的有效递归算法，进一步提出了利用后验概率对钟控组合生成器进行分别征服相关攻击的方法。

METHODS: The 144 BALB/c male mice were abdominally irradiated with 1150 cGy 60Coγray in 1-3 h, and then they were injected intestinal RNA from normal rats on jejunum. On day 1, 3 and 5 after irradiation,the mice were sacrified after anesthesia for determining endotoxin in blood and bacterial metathetic rate, and intestinal crypt survival rate.

RESULTS: Twelve days after mandibular vertical functional positioning the condylar height increased. Nine days after mandibular vertical functional positioning the thickness of prechondroblast layer and chondroblast layer increased significantly compared with control groups. However the thickness of hypertrophic layer decreased significantly after 6 days' mandibular repositioning. No change was found in the thickness of mesenchymal layer during the experimental period.

结果：下颌垂直向功能性移位后12d，髁突高度较对照组显著增加，前斜面更倾斜；髁突后上区前成软骨细胞及成软骨细胞层厚度在实验第3~6天无明显差异，第9天开始出现显著变化，实验组较对照组显著增厚，这种变化持续到实验第12天；肥大软骨细胞层厚度在实验第3、9、12天，实验组与对照组无显著差异，在实验第6天较对照组显著减少，间充质细胞层变化不大。

Results The main CTimages of adrenal neuroblastoma in children were bigger extrarenal tumor ,included :huge and irregular mass(6 cases ),regular mass (2 cases),calcification (87cases),cystic degeneration or necrosis (1cases),bleeding(2cases),crossing of the midline (5cases),wrapping retroperitoneal major vessels (4cases),retroperitoneal enlargement of lymphnode (7 cases),The masses were heterogeneous enhancement.

分析2004年10月～2008年10月经手术病理证实的8例儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤的CT表现，如形态，密度及周围结构变化情况，结合临床资料，进行综合评价。结果儿童肾上腺神经母细胞瘤为肾外体积较大肿块，其中不规则肿块6例，规则2例，钙化7例，囊变坏死1例，出血2例，越过中线5例，包绕腹膜后大血管4例，腹膜后淋巴结肿大7例，肾脏向后外侧移位6例。
