Tongue-type fractures of the calcaneus lead to variable amounts of displacement of the posterior tuberosity. This displacement may threaten the posterior soft tissue envelope.

跟骨舌型骨折可导致跟骨结节移位，移位的骨折块有可能损伤跟骨后侧的软组织皮瓣。

The aim of the study is to improve the outcomes of shoulder abduction by accessory nerve transfer from the following two aspects:① Select the best choice of recipient nerve;②Design a dorsal-approach spinal accessory nerve transfer, more effevtively use the pinal accessory nerve.

本课题研究旨在从以下两个方面：①选择副神经移位恢复肩关节外展功能的最佳受区神经，②设计新的后入路副神经移位术式；提高副神经的利用效率，改善术后患者肩关节外展功能的恢复。

Eight patients(2.9%) had postoperative loss of fixation and displacement of the fracture between the time that the intraoperative fluoro- scopic images were made and the time that radiographs were made during the first postoperative visit.

279位患者中，271位在行经皮克氏针固定移位肱骨髁上骨折后顺利愈合。8例（2.9%）发生术后固定丢失，骨折移位，时间在术后马上拍摄X片至首次术后随访之间。

Outcomes in patients with suprascapular nerve as recipient was significantly better than that in patients with axillary nerve as recipient, So the suprascapular nerve should be selected as the best choice of recipient; And functional deficit occured in upper, middle and lower portions of trapezius after the traditional spinal accessory nerve transfer.

副神经移位治疗臂丛神经损伤恢复肩关节外展功能，修复肩胛上神经的疗效优于修复腋神经，应把移位修复肩胛上神经作为首选；传统锁骨上前入路手术后斜方肌各部功能有明显下降。

Results Followed-up for 25~37 months (average 27.5 months), the fisrt signs of reinnerveation of suprascapular nerve appeared at 5~12 months,average 9.94±3.26 months,that of axillary nerve appeared at 9~15months, average12.60±3.08 months;The results in patients with suprascapular nerve as recipient(upper partial 57.08±21.16°, total 40.71±14.27°) were significantly better than that in patients with axillary nerve as recipient(upper partial 31.25±20.97°, total 18.75±7.50°). And the muscular function in upper, middle and lower portions of trapezius are affected due to nerve transfer.

结果 随访25~37个月(平均27.5个月)，来院随访18例；副神经移位修复肩胛上神经术后功能恢复征象最早出现在5~12个月，平均9.94±3.26个月，修复腋神经最早出现在9~15个月，平均12.60±3.08个月；修复肩胛上神经肩外展恢复结果(上臂丛神经损伤57.08±21.16°，全臂丛损伤40.71±14.27°)优于修复腋神经的恢复结果(上臂丛神经损伤31.25±20.97°，全臂丛损伤18.75±7.50°)，P.05；副神经移位后斜方肌各部功能丧失明显。

Results From the third day to the fourteenth day after Candidas inoculation, the amount of Candidas colonization in lumen and that attached to mucosal membrane reduced sharply. Candida translocation into MLN happened in the early time after inoculation and were not found in the later time. At meanwhile same time the content of specific IgA increased obviously.

结果 肠内白念菌总量及粘膜表面粘附数量随给菌后时间延长而明显下降；移位主要发生于给菌后早期；给菌后固有层淋巴细胞增殖活跃，分泌IgA浆细胞数量明显增加；粘液层中特异抗白念菌IgA含量在给菌后上升明显。

Results ①Of 82% OSAHS patients' sleep indices were normal after the oral appliance therapy;②Compared to the control group,the patients with OSAHS had narrower upper-posterior airway volume and shorter distance from tip of the uvula to the posterior pharyngeal wall and lower positioned hyoid bone and shorter tongue before treatment;③Compared to before treatment,the OSAHS patients after therapy had lower positioned and shorter and flatter tongue,the upper hyoid bone,more anterior and downward mandibular and wider upper-posterior airway volume.

结果 ①82%患者治疗后睡眠指标达正常标准；②与配对组相比OSAHS患者上气道后间隙及悬雍垂尖至咽后壁距较窄，舌骨至下颌平面距较大，舌较短；③戴入口腔矫治器后患者舌体下降，舌变短而平坦，舌骨上移，下颌骨前下方移位，上气道后间隙扩大，与配对组比较，除舌体下移外其它测量项目值差异无显著性。
