Objective To investigate the treatment effects of hyperbaric oxygen in replantation of young permanent teeth.

目的 探讨年轻恒牙脱位再植后，高压氧(hyperbaric oxygen，HBO)治疗对牙髓牙周损伤修复的作用。

Methods: 62 children (7~12 years old) with ambushed supernumerary teeth, were examined by Xray, and underwent odentectomies under basal anesthesia by using Propofol and Fentanyl.

对62例埋伏多生牙患儿（7~12岁），经X线检查术前定位后，在异丙酚、芬太尼静脉麻醉下实施牙拔除术。

Data of tooth surface before and after wear were both obtained through laser scan system. The images were then reconstructed by SURFACER software.(2) C language program used of improved iterative closest point algorithms was developed to registrate imagines before and after wear. Standard plan was defined to the overlapped imagines after registration, then wear quantity was measured.￤ear was imitated by tooth brush machine which was made by STOMATOLOGY COLLEGE FORTH MILITARY MEDICAL UNIVERSITY.

应用三维激光扫描仪采集牙模型的表面数据，在计算机中用SURFACER逆向工程软件重建牙表面；②运用最近邻点迭代匹配算法加以改进，编制 C语言程序，配准磨耗前后的三维图像，在确定基准平面后，计算磨耗前后的体积变化量；③用口腔医院自制刷牙机进行模拟磨耗，用传统称重法，通过电子天平测试件的重量变化，用失水法计算测试材料的密度，换算成体积。

Methods The failure factors were analyzed in 148 teeth treated in the root tubes of teeth.

对148颗根管治疗失败牙进行原因分析，对失败牙彻底消毒后应用复方甲硝唑根管糊剂再充填。

objective the purpose of this study was to summarize our experience of the application of internal rigid fixation with miniplate to treatment of mandibular fractures.methods a retrospective analyisis of clinical data of 67 cases,who had experienced the anatomic reduction and rigid fixation by using miniplate.with the help of maxillomandibular distraction pre operation and post operation and temporary maxillomandibular fixation during operation,the fracture bones were smoothly reduced and fixed.results clinical and radiographic examination showed that all cases gained good clinical results and precise anatomic alignment of fracture postoperatively without infection,malocclusion,bone malunion or other complications.conclusion mocortical miniplate fixation of the mandible is a reliable and effective techinique providing rigid fixation and an ideal modality for the treatment of mandibular fractures.combined with maxillomandibular fixation.

对67例下颌骨骨折患者的临床资料进行回顾总结，所有患者应用小型接骨板行坚固内固定治疗。其中7例颏部骨折，12例颏旁骨折，16例颏孔区骨折，9例体部多发性骨折，5例体部粉碎性骨折；18例合并其他部位骨折。所有患者术前经临床检查和影像学检查明确骨折的位置和骨折线的数目后，分段牙弓夹板结扎、颌间弹性牵引，使移位的骨折段逐渐复位；术中经口内切开复位、细钢丝颌间结扎、小型接骨板坚固内固定；术后行临床检查和影像学复查，必要时颌间弹性牵引7～10 d。结果所有患者手术切口ⅰ期愈合，治疗效果满意；临床检查所有患者牙合关系良好、面部对称；影像学复查证实骨折线对位良好。结论经口内切开小型接骨板坚固内固定辅以颌间固定治疗下颌骨骨折效果可靠，术后并发症少，是一种理想的手术方法。

Result These patients can have occlusal real relationships and recovery the losing anterior teeth .After one year, recurrence and unusualness haven't been found.

结果 矫治后均取得正常的咬合关系和正常的缺牙修复，平均修复一年，未见反复发和修复牙的异常。

objective to observe the effect of unithiol for the treatment of arsenic apicitis.methods sixty-three patients received therapy with 5% unithiol and the therapeutic effect was retrospectively analyzed.results 59 of 63 teeth were cured with the cure rate 92%; no effect was observed in 4 cases.conclusion unithiol can be effectively used for the treatment of arsenic apicitis.

目的 观察二巯基丙磺酸钠治疗砷性根尖炎的疗效。方法 63例患者患牙63颗接受5%二巯基丙磺酸钠治疗，回顾分析其疗效。结果 63颗患牙经本药治疗后59颗显效，占93.7%；4颗无效。结论二巯基丙磺酸钠可有效并安全用于治疗砷性根尖炎。
