The first part discusses about the effects of the five factors:temperature,relative air moisture,rate of frass sifting,density of larvae,fodder water percentage to growth speed and survival rate of older mealworm (Tenebrio molitor L.) larvae through rotational composite design of quadratic regression. Two models were established to describe the effects of the five factors. The models showed that percentage of fodder water is the major factor that has effect on the growing speed of T. molitor larvae,and fodder water is the major factor on death rate. The models also show that temperature on growth speed,temperature and fodder have important effects on death rate,and the significant test showed they have significant difference on 1% or 5% level. From the two models,by frequency analysis,we can get the optimizing rearing condition,in which the mealworm larvae overweight 10% per day,temperature is 25-26 ,frass sifting rate is once 2-4 days,density of larvae is 0.61-0.79 g/cm2,fodder water is 33.27%-39.71%. Such evolution history proves that there had no lager river system traversing this area before the early stage of middle Pleistocene.

The results showed that the aphids were either restrained or promoted when they fed on different treatment crops, compared with the control not fed by aphids and the corresponding treatment previously fed by different aphid species. The reseach on activity changes of SOD, POD and CAT during the somatic embryogenesis of Y35 showed:(1) The activty of SOD was from 52.98 to 133.20 U·g-1·h-1, and remained a rising trend after early single embryo forming, this revealed that SOD might be positively correlated to the differentiation of embryogenic cell and the development of somatic embryo.(2) The activty of POD was from 0.05 to 0.50 U·mg-1·min-1, ascended firstly and desceded later, and was highest in embryogenic callus and lowest in late single embryo , this revealed that POD might be positively correlated to the division and differentiation of proembryo mass, while negatively correlated to the development of PEMⅢto late single embryo.(3) The activty of CAT was from 0.86 to 2.81 U·mg-1·min-1, showed an up-down-up trend, reaching to the highest peak at the time of early embryo formating and decreasing to the lowest at the time of early cotyledonary embryo formating, this revealed that CAT might be positively correlated to the development of early single embryo, while negatively correlated to the formation of middle single embryo and early cotyledonary embryo.The changes in activty of SOD, POD and CAT indicated these three antioxidant enzymes coregulated the differentiation and development of embryogenic cells during Larix somatic embryogenesis.4. Differentially expressed cDNA libraries of the stages of proembryo mass and somatic embryo maturation were successfully constructed by suppression subtractive hybridization.

In Fuji apple, Starking apple and Feicheng peach, 1-MCP slowed the conversion of TA content and SSC, maintained the ratio of sugar to acid and reduced the flavors loss in later storage time. 1-MCP also reduced the chilling rate and fruit weight loss of Feicheng peach stored at 0℃, but accelerated the decay of Feicheng peach and the detachment of grape berry from peduncle stored at 20℃. The effect of 1-MCP on the decay of strawberry was related to temperature: alleviated at 20℃ and enhanced at 0℃.
