埋线组和二次埋线组大鼠海马神经元凋亡及相关基因表达的动态变化结果提示：埋线治疗在癫痫发作后的早期(4d内)可通过抑制促凋亡基因p~(53)蛋白表达、延缓其达峰值的时程，从而减缓神经元凋亡的发生，此作用在4d后减弱；埋线治疗抑制大鼠海马神经元凋亡的作用在癫痫发作后的中期(4d～10d)减弱，甚至在远期(10d～14d)出现促进凋亡的作用，可能是通过抑制Bax蛋白表达的下降、延长其降至低峰值的时程，促进Bax蛋白表达的回升的结果；在中远期(7d～14d)内予二次埋线治疗对该效应有续效叠加的作用。

Base on mensurating and comparing about grass growth speed、variance of the green rates and burning spot after using two grain size and raw material slow-release fertilizer on the two golf Green in Shenzhen,we can know IBDU fertilizer has bigger grain size and shorter effect period,on the other hand ,it can enhance the growth of the Green grass quickly than UF fertilizer .In short ,IBDU fertilizer can apply to the golf Green in the north or cool region,but UF fertilizer is fit for the golf Green in Shenzhen and peripheral region.

分别对深圳高尔夫球场两个练习果岭分别施播两种粒径和化合技术均不同的缓释肥后，对其草坪草生长速度、绿叶率变化、灼烧斑点的测定和比较，结果表明IBDU缓释肥粒径大，显效速度快，但肥效期短，可适用于北方或气候冷凉地区的高尔夫球场；UF缓释肥粒径小，显效速度稍慢，但肥效期长，缓释性高，适宜深圳及周边地区高尔夫球场果岭施用。

The results indicated that the optimum OBEOP condition was showed as enzyme OX-1 of 4.5 g/L, 30% H2O2 of 15 g/L, temperature of 95 ℃, processing time of 40 min, pH value of 10~0.5, bath ratio of 1:30. It is found that the whiteness, woolliness and the strength loss with enzyme was superior to those treated with traditional sodium silicate process. Adding urea in OBEOP can help to improve the fabric whiteness, woolliness and reduce the strength loss.

试验结果表明：棉织物酶氧一浴最佳工艺条件为：净棉酶4.5g/L，双氧水12mL/L，温度95℃，处理时间60min，pH值10~10.5，浴比1：30；经净棉酶处理后棉织物的白度和毛效优于碱氧退煮漂一浴法工艺，而且织物的强力损失少；在棉织物酶氧一浴法工艺中添加尿素，有助于提高织物白度、毛效，并能减小强力的损失。

The results were as follows:(1) The structures of the SLCS consisted of two independent factors, viz. Self-Competence and Self-Liking, and ratio of variance of self-competence was higher than self-liking.(2) The SLCS had adequate item validity, homogeneity reliability, construct validity and discriminative validity.(3) Self-competence of male undergraduates from arts and humanities showed higher than female ones, but self-competence of female undergraduates from engineering and technology showed higher than male ones.
