目的：检验完美主义自我展示量表在我国大学生群体中的适用性，并考察其与自尊的关系。方法：返回翻译PSPS，对187名本科生进行初测；将结合初测反馈确定的PSPS正式版本与Frost多维完美主义量表和自尊量表一起在482名本科生中进行正式施测，检验信、效度等指标，并通过层级回归考察完美主义自我展示在控制完美主义特征后对自尊的增益贡献。

Methods: Eighty mice were randomly divided into high, middle, and low dosage groups which were orally given 1.5 g/kg, 0.75 g/kg, 0. 375 g/kg of ant powder respectively, twice a day for 10 days. A blank control group was set up which was given water instead. Body weight, thymus weight and spleen weight were measured. Thymus indexes and spleen index were calculated. Neutrophil phagocytose rate, Ea and Et rosette formation rate of T lymphocytes, and hemolysin titre were detected. QHS values were achieved with spleen cell mediated sheep red cell spectrophotometer quantitative assay.

根据黑蚂蚁的用药量将小鼠分成高、中、低剂量及空白对照组，黑蚂蚁粉给药量按小鼠体重1.5g/kg、0.75g/kg、0.375g/kg计算，连续10d灌胃给药后，测定各组小鼠的体重、胸腺和脾脏重量，计算胸脾指数；检测中性粒细胞的吞噬率、T淋巴细胞E花环形成率及小鼠的溶血素效价和脾细胞介导的羊红细胞分光光度计定量测定法。

After preapplication of OT, the Kd value for GABA-activated currents decreased, while the response obtained at the maximum concentration increased.

The total effective rate was 95.5%.There was 25 recrudescent patients,but the recrudescent symptom was all light,repeating the treatment was still obvious effect and efficacious.and there was no severe complication.

复发病例25例（22.3%），复发后症状均较轻，疗效仍为显效和有效，无严重并发症发生。

Methods 5-FU, MTX, CDDP in different concentrations were given to every group after transfected with Cyclin D1 SOND or ASODN for 24 h ,the do~-effects response was observed and 1C50 was calculated in every group.

在给予Cyclin D1 ASODN和Cyclin D1反义寡核苷酸转染细胞24h后，分别给予梯度浓度的5-氟尿嘧啶（5-FU）、氨甲喋呤、顺铂，观察各组的量效反应，计算IC50。
