METHODS: Gastric carcinoma cell line MKN45 at logarithmic growth phase was subcutaneously inoculated in 20 athymic mice.

将对数生长期的胃癌细胞株MKN45接种到裸鼠皮下，成瘤后用制备好的分别含GCRG213正、反义克隆和RNAi片段的腺相关病毒分别在肿瘤局部注射，以空病毒和生理盐水对照，继续喂养2 wk后处死，取肿瘤测量重量，并用半定量RT-PCR检测肿瘤组织GCRG213mRNA表达水平。

The screw entry point was located at the tip of transverse process. The average inclination angle should be 10°-20° headward and 30°-40° toward neutral line respectively. The screw was inserted and entered into the vertebral body along the external cortex of pedicle. The integrity of cortical bone around screws, the distance to segmental blood vessels and the penetration of cortex were observed after operation to evaluate the accuracy and safety of screw placement. Among 160 thoracic pedicle screws that were implanted in 34 cases, 148 screws (92.5%) were accurately inserted inside the costotransverse unit, and 12 screws (7.5%) were misplaced according to the image of X-ray and CT thin-slice scan.

应用椎弓根外内固定技术2004/2007年在中山大学附属第三医院骨科治疗34例患者，固定前采用CT加密扫描测量进钉点、进钉点至椎体前缘的深度、进钉角度和直径，固定中椎弓根钉入点为横突尖，进钉方向为平均向头侧倾斜10°~ 20°、与中线成角30°~40°，顺椎弓根外侧皮质进入椎体，固定后CT加密扫描观察螺钉周围的皮质骨是否完整、是否靠近节段血管、是否穿透皮质骨，评价置入钉的准确性和安全性。34例患者共置入160枚胸椎椎弓根螺钉，固定后CT加密扫描和X射线片观察到148枚(92.5%)螺钉置入准确，12枚(7.5%)螺钉发生错置。

By the cooperation of 8-MOP/UVA, the photoaging-characteristic biological markers of the dermic fibroblasts in vivo and in intro were changed as follows:① with a permanent switch of mitotic to stably postmitotic phentypes, fibroblasts displayed growth suppression and morphological changes of cell senescence;② increasing expression of SA-β-galactosidase;③ increasing expression of p16 protein;④ continuous up-regulation of mRNA of MMP-1 and MMP-3, while the protein of TIMP-1 was only slightly induced;⑤ high levels of the 4977bp deleted mtDNA accumulated in dermis and cultured fibroblasts, and large accumulation of a A→C base transversion of 414 position of 〓 of human mtDNA control region for replication of cultured fibroblasts also.

Different fluroescent organic nanoparticles from microemulsion were prepared with semi-continuous emulsion copolymerization of methyl methacrylate and a polymerizable anionic surfactant. The microemulsion containing FONs was used in an ink-printing process to form different patterns. The photoluminescence properties of the film were investigated.

The first synthetic route uses 1,2,4-trimethoxybenzene and chloroacetonitrile in forming 2,4,5-trimethoxy-a-chlor-acetophenone under the anhydrous condition, then the intermediate condensates with papaverine forming the core pyrro[2,l-a]isoquinoline, followed by formation and lactonization to form the lactone ring. The second synthetic route uses prepared aldehyde with prepared ethyl nitroacetate by Knoevenagel condensation to obtain 2-Nitro-3-(2,4,5-tris-methoxy-phenyl)-acrylic acid ethyl ester and 2-Nitro-3-(2,4,5-tris-benzyloxy -phenyl)-acrylic acid ethyl ester etal intermediates. The lamellarin skeleton could arise from condensation of the papaverine and these intermediates by Michael reaction, the ester group is provided for subsequent lactonization. The third synthetic route uses coumarin or indan-l,3-dione derivatives and papaverine to form lamellarin under basic conditions.

GEBP11 can inhibit angiogenesis, which comes true probably through its inhibition effects on the proliferation, invasion, migration and adherence of ECs.

本实验将配制成不同灰色聚氨基甲酸酯涂料配方，加入硬化剂后涂装在试片上，待自然风乾后，制成不同配方涂膜试片，进行加速风化耐候利睑、光泽度、分光色差、粉化、红外线光谱仪等测试，探讨不同的聚醇树脂原料来源，与不同的润湿分散添加剂种类，对於聚氨基甲酸酯涂料耐候性质的影响。

In the end, transportation of PAHs in the environmental matrix was preliminarily investigated and discussed according to PAHs data of soils and sediments from a certain region in Shanghai. The result indicated that there are two or more pathways on PAHs transportation in the environmental matrix.

最后，对上海特定地区内PAHs在环境介质中的迁移径途进行了分析讨论，结果表明上海市土壤和沉积物等环境介质中PAHs的迁移存在多种途径。
