30 Wistar rats were fed by fat milk of 1ml/100g. After three weeks adipositas Wistar rats with high levels of TC, TG and LDL, and low level of insulin sensitivity index were selected from 30 Wistar rats. T2DM model of these rats were established by vena caudalis injection of STZ, 30 mg/kg. Rats model with large vessel injury of obese T2MD were confirmed by observation of pathological change of aorta thoracica arcual.

雄性Wistar大鼠30只，每日用自制的脂肪乳1 mL/100 g灌胃，3周后挑选总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白增高，胰岛素敏感指数下降的肥胖大鼠，空腹6 h，尾静脉快速注射链脲佐菌素30 mg/kg，1周后血糖值高于16.7 mmol/L的大鼠作为T2DM模型，于成模后3周及6周观察胸主动脉弓的病理改变，证实T2DM大血管损伤模型复制成功。

Immunocytochemical staining was used to identify sarcomeric actin and intercalated disc-like structure when the cells were cultured for additional 1 week, 2 or 3 weeks, respectively. RESULTS: Sarcomeric actin positive cells were observed in 1 week, 2 or 3 weeks after 5-aza treatment.
