The efficiency of the nuclear transfer was 63.6%(63/99).Forty-seven clone embryos were transferred into 5 recipient goats. After embryo transfer, two recipient goats have not been seen oestrous within 2 oestrum, and one of the two recipient goats was examined positive by gravid testing, which testified the clone embryos were viable in the uterus of recipient goats.

阳性细胞克隆中的2株(M9，M10)已经进行了首次细胞核移植，核移植成功率为63.6％(63／99)，将47个发育较好的克隆胚胎进行了胚胎移植，共用受体羊5只，2只受体羊2个情期未见返情，在没有返情的2只受体山羊中有1只妊娠检测阳性，说明转基因克隆胚胚胎移植后在受体山羊体内发育良好。

Results In dioestrous mice, many iNOS+ cells were found in the stroma of endometrium. There was no obvious differences between the immunized mice and the control mice. In the uterus on 3 day of pregnancy, however, there was obvious difference about the iNOS quantity in uterus between the immunized and the control mice. There was strong positive reaction on the epithelia of endometrium and the endometrial gland in the lamina propria in control mice, while the staining of iNOS in the uterus of SA-30 immunized mice was very weak, only a few of iNOS+ cells were observed in the myometrium.

结果 SA-30免疫后对间情期小鼠子宫内的iNOS没有明显影响，无论是免疫组还是对照组，在子宫内膜基质中均有大量阳性细胞分布，两者无明显差异；在妊娠第3d时，对照组的小鼠子宫中有较多iNOS表达，阳性标记主要集中在内膜上皮及固有膜中的子宫腺上，经SA-30免疫的小鼠子宫中，iNOS表达则显著减少，整个内膜标记极弱，只在子宫肌层内有少量iNOS阳性细胞分布。

The testing methods and targets were shown as below:Recorded milk weights from the 7th day postpartum to 15th day postpartum,and calculate the average day-milk yield;Milk samples were draw in 7th day and 14th day postpartum,and testing the milk fat,milk lactose,milk protein,milk Zn and the milk somatic cell counts;Blood samples were adopted at the 7th day postpartum,testing the levels of serum PRL; Blood samples adopted at the 1st day and the 12th day in oestrous cycle were used to test the levels of E_2 and P_4 in serum;In the experimental stage, registering the condition of parturition, the mean birth weight of calves,the first oestrus,the oestrus scycle postpartum and the conception rate of the first service after artificial insemination.

试验方法及所测指标如下：于产后第七天到第十四天记录日产奶量，最后计算每组平均日产奶量；每组随机抽取分娩后第七天、第十四天的奶样，测定乳糖、乳蛋白、乳脂、乳锌含量及乳体细胞数；于产后第七天，随机采取奶牛血样，测定血清中PRL含量；于发情周期的当天和第12天，随机采取血样，测定血清中雌二醇(Estradiol，E2)和孕酮(Progesterone，P)的浓度；记录奶牛的分娩情况、犊牛初生重、产后第一次发情日期、产后发情周期，并采用人工授精技术进行受精，记录第一情期受胎率，最后取平均值，作为衡量奶牛繁殖性能的指标。

It was shown that: 1 MMP2 activity reached the highest level during proestrus, and was lowest during diestrus; 2 MM2 acti vity was increased from the first day of pregnancy, peaked on day 4 of pregnancy; but decreased significantly at day 7 of the pregnancy. 3 MMP2 activity was obviously higher on day 1 of pseudopregnancy than on the other days, and its activity decreased gradually, reached the very low level at day 4 of pseudopregnancy and maintained the low level until day 7; 4 MMP2 activity was decreased significantly 24 hours after injection of 17βestradiol ( 01 mg) at metaestrus, while MMP2 activity had no change after progesterone (04 mg) injection.
