The methods of the first-and second-order cyclic statistics-based hybrid and the first-and third-order cyclic statistics-based hybrid have been proposed. Using the first order cyclic statistics, the frequencies of harmonics corresponding to nonzero mean multiplicative noise were obtained. Then the mean of multiplicative noise can be estimated. With this, harmonics can be retrieved by second or third order cyclic statistics.

提出了基于一阶、二阶循环统计量的混合方法和基于一阶、三阶循环统计量的混合方法，即先利用一阶循环统计量得到对应非零均值乘性噪声的谐波频率，再求出与谐波频率对应的乘性噪声均值，去均值后用二阶或三阶循环统计量来恢复谐波。

The invention relates to a processing method of preventing frostbite and restarting of hydrogen electric pile, whose characteristic lies in the treating processes includes: When the electric pile turns off, the unsaturated fuel gas or the nitrogen, through the circle boast to clean the dissociate water; drying the MEA film module to keep the water content below the stipulated temperature which does not ice up; then the recycle gas through a wet exchanger to dry and the dried gas is continue used in the dry pile step; when restarting the electric pile, the recycle gas must heats then through the pile to elevate the temperature, then heats the fuel gas and the oxidant of the gas source, through the weting of the wet exchanger enters to the calefactive pile, enhances the wet step of the film module in the pile, starts the power output of the pile.

本发明涉及一种氢电堆的防冻和重新启动时的处理方法，其特征在于处理过程包括：电堆停机时，将水蒸气不饱和的燃料气体或氮气，通过循环吹扫除去电堆的游离水；干燥其中的MEA膜组件，使膜组件含水量降低到规定低温下不结冰的程度；而后再令循环气体通过一个湿交换机将循环气体干燥，以及被干燥后的循环气体继续用来干燥电堆的步骤；在电堆重新启动时，须将循环气体加热后通过电堆，使电堆升温，然后再将气源的燃料气及氧化剂加热，通过湿交换机加湿后进入已升温的电堆，提高电堆中膜组件的湿度的步骤，开始电堆的功率输出。

Methods: We selected 71 patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke as the study group who were hospitalized within 24 hours after onset in the 1st 3rd 5th 7th 9th 11th 13th 15th day of hospitalization and prior to the usage of dehydrant. We selected 30 normal people as the control group. We collected the data of cerebrovascular hemodynamic index including cerebral blood flow and velocity, cerebrovascular resistance, cerebrovascular elasticity ,dynamic resistance and critical pressure for each patient . We compared the data between the study group and control group ,also we compared the data in the different time after disease onset and the data of affected side and non-affected side by using SPSS software.

选择急性出血性脑血管病患者71例为观察组，正常人30例作为对照组，观察组以发病时间为起点，分别在发病后第1、3、5、7、9、11、13、15天且在使用脱水药前行脑循环动力学检测仪检测获得脑循环动力学参数，包括血流速度、血流量、血管弹性指标，血管阻力、血管调节功能指标动态阻力及临界压力数值，对观察组和对照组的各项数值进行比较，及观察组在发病后的不同时间进行前后比较，且对患侧和健侧数值之间进行比较，所得数据使用SPSS软件处理。

This process organically combines the circulating fluidized bed combustion technology with boiler-front low-temperature dry distillation technology, the hot ash of circulating fluidized bed is used as the hot carrier to pyrolyze the coal and generate tar and gas. The results show that the capacitance of RuO2·nH2O films unannealed is unstable. Annealing at temperatures of 100, 150, 200, 250 and 300℃for 2 h respectively, the capacitance of RuO2·nH2O becomes stable after 60 cycles. 结果表明，未经退火处理的RuO2·nH2O薄膜的电容性能不稳定，在循环伏安法测试中电容量随循环次数的增加而降低；将RuO2·nH2O薄膜分别在不同温度(100， 150， 200， 250和300℃)下进行的2 h的退火处理，经退火处理后的RuO2·nH2O薄膜的电容性能经过60次的循环后趋于稳定，其中，经过100℃退火处理的RuO2·nH2O薄膜的比电容最大，其比电容为0.083 8 F/cm2。
