The microwave oven of the present invention comprises a cavity assembly which defines a cooking chamber therein and functions as a framework of the microwave oven, an outer casing which includes a top portion and side portions formed at both ends of the top portion to enclose the cavity assembly and interior parts and is provided with convexo-concave reinforcements at the top portion and at least one side portion, a door of which one side is connected to the cavity assembly to be a pivot center and which selectively causes the cooking chamber to be open and close, and a back plate which defines a rear face of the cavity assembly and is provided with a convexo-concave reinforcement formed along at least one edge portion thereof.

本发明中的微波炉包括：空腔组件，其中限定烹饪室，并用作微波炉的主框架；外壳，其包括一个顶部部分和形成在顶部部分两端的侧面部分，用来围住空腔组件和内部的部件，在顶部部分和至少一个侧面部分设置凸凹面的加固件；门，其一侧和空腔组件相连作为枢轴中心，所述门可以选择性的将烹饪室打开和关闭；以及后面板，其限定空腔组件的后表面，设有在沿着其至少一个边缘部分形成的一个凸凹面的加固件。

objectiveto investigate the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic duodenal rupture.methodthe clinical data of 13 patients with traumatic duodenal rupture hospitalized from may 1991 to december 2008 were retrospectively analyzed,and the material cause was automobile accident mainly.resultsin these 13 patients,after hospitalization,6 cases were diagnosed in 3 hours,4 cases were diagnosed in 24～72 hours,and 3 cases were diagnosed after 72 hours.three cases with duodenal cleft repair,2 cases with duodenal ostomy,2 cases with duodenum and jejunum roux-en-y anastomosis,1 case with duodenal diverticular surgery,1 case with meliorative duodenal diverticular surgery,1 case with duodenal broken ends closure and anastomosis of stomach with jejunum,1 case with duodenal distal closure and anastomosis of duodenal local with jejunum,and 2 cases with resections of pancreas duodenum.after the operation,6 cases (46.2%) appeared some complications of wound infection,duodenal fistula,digestive tract hemorrhage,pancreatic fistula,abdomen infection and so on.two cases (15.4%) died from multiple system organ failure and septic shock.conclusionthe early diagnosis and correct operation style selection are the keys for duodenal rupture.

目的：探讨外伤性十二指肠破裂的诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾分析外伤性十二指肠破裂患者13例临床资料。结果：入院后3 h内确诊6例，24～72 h内确诊4例，72 h后确诊3例。3例行十二指肠裂口修补，2例行十二指肠造瘘，2例行十二指肠空肠roux-en-y吻合，1例行十二指肠憩室化手术，1例行改良十二指肠憩室化手术，1例行十二指肠两断端关闭、胃空肠吻合，1例行十二指肠远端关闭、近端与空肠端侧吻合，2例行胰十二指肠切除术。术后6例(46.2%)出现切口感染、十二指肠瘘、消化道出血、胰瘘或腹腔感染等并发症，2例(15.4%)患者死亡，分别死于多器官系统衰竭和感染中毒性休克。结论：早期诊断与正确的术式选择是成功救治外伤性十二指肠破裂的关键。

Methods Twenty-two pieces of temporal bone were taken for this study. The mastoid cavity was opened, scutum removed,"bridge" broken down, posterior wall of external auditory canal abraded and the related anatomic structures were fully exposed. The distance between the origin of facial nerve canal and the anterior border of round window （ OOFNC-ABORW ）, between the highest point of the facial nerve canal and the bottom of posterior mastoid sinus,and between the stapes head and round window niche was measured under operating microscope.

方法取成人颞骨22侧（左右各11侧），用耳科钻磨开乳突腔，去上鼓室盾板、断"桥"，磨低骨性外耳道后壁，充分暴露相关结构，在手术显微镜下测量面神经管垂直段起始部前缘至圆窗龛前缘的距离、面神经管最高点与后鼓室底壁之间的距离、锥隆起的高度（即锥隆起基底到锥隆起顶端的距离）、镫骨头至圆窗龛前缘的距离。

It was suggested that aging did not only influence diastolic filling period, but also influence STI. 3. With increasing age, whether at rest or during exercice, fractional shortening of minor semiaxis, mean velocity of circumferential fiber shortening, cardiac index and ejection fraction did not change, but immediately post pacing, PEP prolonged and PEP/ LVET increased in elderly group and did not change in young group. There was a good correlation between aging and decreased compliance and diastolic function of left ventricle which was manifested by a reduction of early diastolic peak folw velocity, time-velocity integral of early diastole, 1/3 filling fraction (1/3FF)(r=-0.958,-0.875 and -0.937, P＜0.01～0.001) and a significant compansatory increase in peak flow velocity of atrial contraction, time-velocity integral of atrial contraction, the ratio between APFV and EPFV and the ratio of ATVI and Total TVI (r=0.958, 0.956, 0.966 and 0.986, P＜0.001) and the prolongation of Dec T and RFP with increasing age. It was particularly true for the subgroups above the age of 50 years.

静息状态下收缩时间间期与年龄无相关性，负荷后即刻，老年组射血前期延长(P＜0.05)，射血前期与射血期比值加大(P＜0.05)，青年组无变化，提示年龄因素亦影响STI，但由于静息状态下得到代偿，STI变化往往表现不明显。3、静息及负荷状态左室短轴缩短率、平均周径缩短率、心指数及射血分数均不随年龄增长而变化，而负荷后即刻老年组PEF延长，PEP/LVET加大，提示STI是检测左室收缩功能的敏感指标。4、随年龄增长，心房收缩期充盈峰值流速、流速积分、充盈分数及心房收缩期与舒张早期充盈峰值流速之比值显著增高(r＝0.958、0.956、0.986及0.966，P均＜0.001)，舒张早期充盈峰值流速及流速积分、1/3充盈分数(1/3FF)下降(r＝-0.958、-0.875及-0.937，P＜0.01～0.001)。

We also compared the plasma-treated ODT surface with that after AAc-grafting. Using similar method to immobilize collagen in wet cell system, both surfaces were capable to have collagen immobilized.
