FMD of the brachial artery was examined by high-resolution ultrasonography technique and the inter-ventricular septum thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thicknessand left ventricular diastolic diameter were measured by echo-cardiography technique. The left ventricular mass and LVMI were calculated according to Devereux formulary. According to Framingham heart study, The hypertensive individuals were separated into two groups, left ventricular hypertrophy group and without left ventricular hypertrophy group.

利用高分辨超声技术测定肱动脉血流介导的舒张功能；超声心动图评价受试者的心脏结构功能，测量室间隔厚度(inter-ventricular septum thickness， IVST)、左室后壁厚度(left ventricular posterior wall thickness， LVPWT)及左室舒张末内径(left ventricular diastolic diameter， LVDD)，根据Devereux公式计算(left ventricular mass， LVM)按体表面积得出LVMI，并据Framingham心脏研究的标准将高血压组分为左室肥厚组(24例)与无左室肥厚组(31例)。

Results: After treatment, obvious decreases in blood pressure and interventricular septum thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thickness in both group were noted.

主要内容及结论：1充氡后利用计算机连续进行电离电流累积测量，得到了精细的电流随时间的变化曲线，可清楚看出氡及其子体的生成衰变造成的电离电流的生长—稳定—衰减过程，与理论计算值进行了比较，由电离电流衰减速度的变化得出氡吸附作用的影响，并测量到电离室冲洗后氡的反扩散现象；2由已知活度的标准源定出相对测量的刻度系数K值，K=24.62 Bq／pA，对同一个监测源以半年为周期进行多次测量后得出稳定性符合要求；3通过测量电离电流和气压的关系曲线以及不同气压下的饱和曲线，确定了常规的工作条件；4测量了盐酸清洗电离室内表面降低本底的效果；5不确定度分析表明相对测氡的扩展不确定度(k=2)小于5％，由本底涨落得出探测下限为0.5 Bq；6理论上对壁损失修正进行了计算，实验上保持电离室工作在饱和区的情况下，测量了不同气压下电离电流的变化，从中得出了壁损失随气压变化的规律，可以看出，电离电流的实测值和计算值随气压变化规律基本一致；当气压大于125 kPa时，端效应等其它因素造成的影响不大于2％，因而在此工作条件下，测量电离电流后通过计算修正壁损失可以实现近似的绝对测氡，提出了进一步提高绝对测量准确度的方法。

Nighty rats were randomly divided into the groups of control, myocardial infarction and doxycycline, which were given orally 48 hours before and 48 hours after MI with 30mg/Kg per day. Protein and mRNA extraction was done on left ventricular samples containing scar and myocardium together. Samples were assayed from 1 day to 4 weeks post-Mi. The activity of MMPs was measured by zymography and collagen amount by the method of chloramine T, the ratio of II III collagen was assessed by immunohistochemical stain. Protein and mRNA of MMP-2, 9, TIMP-1 were determined by Western-Blot and RT-PCR.

分为对照组、心梗组和治疗组(D组，术前两天至术后两天，口服Doxycycline，30mg／kg／天)，分别于术后第一天、术后一周、术后两周、术后四周取心肌组织，采用免疫组化测定胶原含量和Ⅰ／Ⅲ胶原比例，酶谱法测定心梗后MMP-2，9活性蛋白的表达规律，Western Blotting进一步确定酶谱法中所消化条带蛋白的属性，逆转录-聚合链反应法测定心梗后MMP-2，9和TIMP-1的mRNA的变化规律，运用Acuson Sequoia 512超声心动图机分别测定心梗组、治疗组在两周和四周时左室前壁、后壁厚度以及左心室舒张末内径和左室射血分数。

通过我们的实验结果我们可以得出这样一些初步的结论：1、一氧化氮作为免疫调质参与了机体免疫，它既能在免疫激发状态下又可在免疫抑制状态下进行表达提示，NO在脑内免疫调节中的作用可能是双向的。2、穹窿下器的室管膜形态在接受外界刺激后，随着时间的变化而不同，扫描电镜下的凋亡形态虽需进一步证实，但室管膜细胞确实发生了凋亡，并且穹窿下器发生的较早。3、穹窿下器内的星形胶质细胞在给予大肠杆菌后确实可以表达c-fos蛋白，并可能通过自身的激活来较长时间的维持体液的动态平衡，调节脑内免疫状态。4、穹窿下器作为感受性室周器官之一，能够较早的感受血携免疫信息的改变并及时作出反应，可能作为外周免疫信息进入脑内的窗口之一来参与脑的免疫调节。
