The analyses of environmental indexes of the sediment from a 5.3m core, CE-2 core, taken from Co Ngoin lake, reveals the process of climate change in the central Tibetan Plateau during 12~4kaBP, shown as cold and wet period (before 11.2kaBP)→Allerod period (11.2～10.9kaBP)→Younger Dryas (10.9～10.5kaBP)→warm and wet period (Holocene, after 10.5kaBP).

通过CE-2孔5.3m湖泊沉积物高分辨率多指标综合研究，获得了高原中部12kaBP以来详细的气候环境演化过程：11.2kaBP前的冷湿阶段-阿勒罗德期(11.2～10.9kaBP)-新仙女木期(10.9～10.5kaBP)-全新世暖湿期(10.5kaBP后)。

Methods Postoperatively, 1 294 eyes of 1 262 patients with rhegmatogenous RD including 243 emmetropic and 1 031 myopic eyes were retrospectively studied. The affects of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, posterior vitreous detachment, vitreous liquefaction and concentration on the surgical prognosis were evaluated.

回顾1996年1月至1997年7月在我院行手术治疗的孔源性视网膜脱离患者1 262例（1 294只眼），其中近视眼RD组1 031只眼，正视眼RD组243只眼，并研究增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变（proliferative vitreoretinopathy，PVR）的分级及玻璃体后脱离(posterior vitreous detachment，PVD)、液化、浓缩等对手术预后的影响。

So in our test aantagonistic germ was isolated from ginger soil and was studied. 108 strains of germs were isolated by tube dilution assay from the soil of gingerin Qingmu town,Bazhong city. 本实验从巴中市青木镇堆放腐烂姜并且又长出健康姜苗的根际土中分离出106株细菌，在涂布有姜瘟病原菌青枯劳尔氏菌的肉汤培养基上进行初筛，得到6株对青枯劳尔氏菌有较强拮抗作用的细菌，通过摇瓶发酵后利用发酵液，采用改良的琼脂孔扩散实验复筛，获得一株具有强拮抗作用的菌株，命名为Q6号。

The pigment of Berberis heteropoda Schrenk is a type of anchocyanin and it is strong in resistance against light and to some extent, good in enduring heat and low consistence oxide. But it is poor in resistance against reductant and preservative. It can be applied to the condition of PH. It is also found that sucrose and most of metal ions do not exert negative effects on the stability of the pigment, except Fe3+, Fe2+and low consistence Pb2+, which have some extent effects. Adding stability matter can improve its stability. The harm trace elements contains are within requirement of the National Standard on food safety, As the lexicological study indicates that the pigment does not have any toxicity and mutagenesis, it can be used as edible pigment.

结果表明：大孔树脂吸附-解吸附法纯化黑果小檗色素实验室工艺简单易行，色素回收率高；黑果小檗色素属于花色苷类色素；耐光性好；对热有一定耐受性；对低浓度氧化剂有一定耐受性；耐还原性差；对防腐剂耐性差；适用PH＜6条件下使用；蔗糖和大多数金属离子对色素无不良影响，但Fe~(3+)、Fe~(2+)、Sn~(2+)和低浓度pb~(2+)对色素有影响，加入稳定剂后，可提高色素的耐热性、耐氧化性、耐防腐剂能力；经对有害微量元素进行检测和毒理试验表明，该色素安全无毒，可以作为天然食用色素使用。

The molecular sieve is prepared in the steps: at the room temperature, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide is mixed and dissolved with the sodium hydroxide, and is added with TEOS in dropping way, and simultaneously added with Me metal salt water solution and lanthanum nitrate solution in dropping way; the pH value of the mixed solution is adjusted by acetic acid to be 10 to 11, and is mixed for 1 to 2 hours after being stabilized; the sol is moved into a polyfluortetraethylene bottle to be heated and crystallized for 2 days in the oven at the temperature of 100 DEG C; after filtering, washing and drying for nights, and being calcined in a muffle at the temperature of 550 DEG C for 3 to 7 hours, the dual-metal-atom improved MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve is obtained.

该分子筛的制备为室温下，将十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和氢氧化钠混合溶解，搅拌并滴加入TEOS，同时滴加入Me金属盐水溶液和硝酸镧溶液并搅拌，用乙酸调节pH值至10～11，稳定后搅拌1～2小时，溶胶转入聚四氟乙烯瓶中在100℃下烘箱水热晶化2天，经过滤、洗涤、干燥过夜，马弗炉550℃焙烧3-7h，得双金属原子改性MCM-41介孔分子筛产品。

The solid product was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, XRD, TEM and hydrothermal stability test. These results indicated that small amounts of HPMo in the synthesis media could reduce the amount of liquid in-organic acid and crystallization time greatly. And SBA-15 sieves prepared in this method exhibited an excellent hydrothermal stability, as its hexagonally ordered mesostructure was maintained after treated in 100 ℃ water over 72 h.

N2吸附-脱附、XRD、TEM和水热稳定性实验等检测结果表明：用这种方法不仅可以大幅度降低合成SBA-15分子筛所需液体酸的用量和缩短晶化时间，同时反应产物SBA-15在100 ℃的水中处理72 h后仍然保持六方有序的介孔结构。
