Methods 76 inpatients with big hemoptysis were randomly divided into hyoscinae therapy group of 38 cases and pituitrin therapy group of 38 cases,treated for 24 hours.

将76例大咯血患者，随机分为东莨菪碱治疗组(治疗组38例)与垂体后叶素组(对照组38例)。

Results:Difference between combined treatment group and pituitrin group was not significant, but that between combined treatment group and pituitrin significant.

结果：联合组与施他宁组疗效差异不显著，而两者较垂体后叶素组差异显著。

Result: The proportion of side-effects on cardiovascular system in Pituitrin group is higher than those of Somatostatin group, but significant differences can't be found in different gradient of liver function.

结果：垂休后叶素组发生心血管不良反应的比例明显高于思他宁组，但在肝功能不同分级间无明显差异。
