结果：术后胃瘫的临床表现主要为腹胀、呕吐、无明显腹痛，大多数患者排气正常，消化道x-ray钡餐造影提示胃蠕动差，胃镜检查吻合口通畅。52例患者进行胃肠减压、营养支持、维持水电解质代谢平衡治疗，并应用促进胃肠蠕动的药物及中西医结合治疗等非手术治疗后，均缓解。结论：手术后胃瘫的诊断主要依据临床表现；胃镜检查有其重要价值；排除机械性梗阻后，采取非手术治疗，可取得满意疗效。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the pathogenic mechanism of Clonorchis sinensis. Male wistar rats were utilized as experimental animals and randomly divided into three groups. Two of them, which were divided into drug-treated and control groups were fed with metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis.

Results: The scores of HAMA and HAMD were lessened obviously after treatment for two weeks, the fastest effective time was two weeks after treatment, most were 4 weeks, 5 cases (33.3%) were recovery and total obvious effective rate was 73.3% after the treatment for ten weeks, major side-effects were thirst, sweaty, naupathia, headache, insomnia, and degree was light.

结果：治疗2周后HAMD、HAMA分显著下降（P.00），对强迫症状的起效时间最快为2周，为4周；10周后临床近愈6例(26.1％)，总显效率为73.9％；主要不良反应有口干、出汗、恶心、头昏、头痛、失眠，不良反应轻。

Methods A retrospective analysis was performed in 14 cases of urinary obstruction among 1090 cases of transplanted kidney in the year 2000-2006, including 9 cases of vesicoureteral anastomotic stricture, 6 of whom received a second vesicoureteral anastomosis, one had infection surrounding the renal graft and ureter end necrosis, two ureteral anastomosis with bladder muscle flap, and one stenostomia aerocyst distention under ureteroscope.
