Results After the stimulation ,the rotating behaviour induced by apomorphine and improved distinctly, and DA content in the striatum increased (P＜0.01), and Glu content reduced significantly ( P＜0. 05).Content of the ASP had no change significantly.

结果 电刺激丘脑底核后，改善了PD大鼠的旋转行为，纹状体中多巴胺含量明显增加(P＜0.01)，谷氨酸含量明显减少(P＜0.01)，天门冬氨酸则无明显改变(P＞0.05)。
