We found the relationship among starch metabolism, metabolisms of other components and gene expressing profiling due to the accumulation of sugar. Then, genes expression patterns of starch biosynthesis in leaves and developing endosperms of 5 maize inbreds were studied for the contribution of different genes to starch biosynthesis in endosperm.

为深入了解玉米淀粉合成的分子调控机理，本研究首先以B73、ae/wx和sh1授粉后15天的胚乳为材料，利用18K Affymetrix玉米基因组芯片平台，研究了突变体材料中基因表达谱的变化，发现了淀粉合成受阻后糖的积累对其它物质代谢和基因表达调控的影响；在此基础上，对可能参与淀粉合成的基因以多个自交系为材料，分析它们在叶片和胚乳发育过程中的表达模式，研究了不同成员对胚乳淀粉合成的贡献。

Our investigation has shown that:ⅰ there was an interference effect between the incident and reflected matter waves as all the atoms in BECs were coherent;ⅱ considering the rotation of a vortex, the nonuniform velocity distribution along the surface would play an important role in the quantum reflection process. For example, they would change the characteristics of the interference fringes between the incident and reflected matter waves;ⅲ the reflected vortex became unstable for sufficiently low incident velocity or strong interaction. 金平白马寨铜镍硫化矿床杂岩体分带明显、属亚碱性铁质-超铁质岩、具Ni-Cu-Co三元素先熔离，后富集的规律、稀土配分为右倾斜轻稀土富集型，但橄榄岩铕亏损显著，Gd-Tb微小负异常，显示成矿物质来源地幔，与地壳物质无混染和大陆拉斑玄武岩浆上涌后变为大洋拉斑玄武岩浆侵位特点。

The results show that in the applied load range of 10250 N, the mass loss rate of coated AZ91D alloy can be identified to three stages, which are related with whether the coating is worn out. Abrasion is the main mechanism for the coated alloy. The friction coefficient of the coated alloy during sliding wear appears oscillation before it reaches a constant value, which is close to the μ value of the matrix alloy. The mass loss rate of coated alloy increases slightly with increasing applied load when the applied load is more than 150 N because of high plastic deformation accommodation on the matrix alloy surface.

结果表明：根据载荷大小，涂层处理后AZ91D镁合金的磨损行为明显分为3个阶段，这些阶段同陶瓷层是否磨穿密切相关；微弧氧化涂层AZ91D镁合金的磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损；受表面状况的影响，陶瓷涂层的摩擦因数在 0.20~0.45 间波动；在较高载荷下，涂层被磨穿后，涂层的摩擦因数趋于基体合金的摩擦因数，涂层合金的表面变形能力提高，该阶段质量磨损速率随载荷增加，趋势变得缓慢。

It is showed that MG132 significantly reduced the germination rate and tube growth. Furthermore, MG132 treatment lead to vacuolization occurred both in tube cytoplasm and generative cell. While DMSO and non-proteasome inhibitor E-64 do not have similar effects. FTIR analysis revealed that MG132 treatment markedly reduced the contents of wall-bound proteins and pectin at the apex of tube.

结果表明：MG132显著抑制青扦花粉萌发和花粉管生长，并导致花粉管形态异常，主要表现为花粉管亚顶端出现液泡化，并且液泡随着培养时间的延长而扩大到整个花粉管，花粉管濒临死亡；而DMSO以及非蛋白酶体抑制剂E-64不产生类似结果；半薄切片结果表明，MG132处理后不仅花粉管细胞质发生液泡化，生殖细胞也发生液泡化；FTIR分析进一步表明，MG132处理后，花粉管顶端的细胞壁蛋白和果胶质含量大幅度下降。
