PPARα调节脂肪代谢的机制总结如下：肝脏脂肪酸水平的增高激活PPARα，然后转录激活参与脂肪酸氧化的基因；配体与之结合后可激活编码乙酰辅酶A合成酶的基因，同时PPARα激活后可调节脂肪转运相关基因的表达如PPARα升高高密度脂蛋白和抑制ApoC－Ⅲ的表达。

Moreover, after being followed up for 3 years, 49 patients who received regular SIT have less possibility to suffer from asthma than those of 23 cases patients who had irregular SIT, and the difference between them was statistically significant (P.01). For AR patients complicating with asthma, their asthmatic symptoms and physical signs had been improved after SIT. It was increasingly reduced for the level of TIgE, SIgE, and ECP in serum of AR patients after SIT.

When the endothelium of the rat thoracic aortic ring was removed, AE from CM had not vasodilating effect hut constrictive effect. AE from CM could also increase the contents of NO, NOS and cNOS in the aortic tissue and had no obvious effect on the NO content in plasma and iNOS in aortic tissue of rats.
