Purified GO had a molecular weight between 145, 000 and 162, 300, as determined by Sephadex G-200 filtration and SDS-PAGE of the enzyme as cross-linked with glutaraldehyde. This result showed that the holoenzyme was a tetramer, and no change occurred in molecular weight of the enzyme during the s〓orage. The active form of GO from brassica leaves showed a constant molecular weight during purification, so did that from O. sativa leaves during greening of etiolated seedlings, maybe acting as a stable tetramer.

用Sephadex G-200胶过滤和戊二醛交联后的SDS-PAGE法测得纯化的菜心叶片GO的分子量在145，000-162，300间，为四聚体；并且在放置过程中其分子量和聚合态均保持不变，为稳定的四聚体；进一步研究表明菜心叶片GO在纯化过程中和水稻叶片GO在黄化苗的转绿过程中，两种GO活性状态的分子量和聚合态也没有发生变化，均呈四聚体。

Results The pathogenesis pathology of lumbar spinal canal stenosis:Lumbar posterior marginal cartilage node (67 cases,44.67%);Intervertebral disc calcification (45 cases,30%);Lumbar posterior marginal osteophytic formation(29 cases,19.33%);Post longitudinal ligaments calcification(9 cases,6%).

Results The purity and following treatment of inclusion bodies of CPB were influenced by the culturing temperature after the inducement with IPTG. The solubility of inclusion bodies of rCPB in 10mol/L urea was 2~3 times higher than in 8 mol/L urea, and the renature solution with 0.75%β-ME in 10mol/L urea could increase the solubility of inclusion bodies of rCPB, comparing with that in 10mol/L urea simply.
