The effect of PPC preoxidation on nitrification was conducted by measuring the quantity of nitrite bacteria and nitrate bacteria ,nitrosification performance and nitrification performance in the BAC process.

Methods: Twenty coronary arteries from eight perfusion-fixed autopsy hearts (age from 42-84 years) were dissected, straightened and scanned by UFCT. Then each coronary artery was divided into corresponding 3 mm segments, representative histological sections were stained with Orcein. Atherosclerotic plaque area(mm 2) per segment was quantified on Leica Imaging System.

从8例(年龄在42—84岁)压力灌注固定后的心脏标本中分离出20支冠状动脉，拉直后，超高速CT扫描；每支冠状动脉分成相应的3mm血管段，组织切片，地衣红染色，Leica图像分析仪上计算粥样硬化面积。

According to this research, the root mean square error could achieve ±1.156cm,±1.253cm and ±1.376cm by adopting hyperbolic mode, three times of the distance mode and distance square model. Its precision is good enough for engineering measurement. It provides not only the quicker methods to measure the orthometric height on survey engineer, but also a academic reference on regional geoid model

实验结果发现，经数学模式改正后双曲线模式、距离三次方模式及距离平方模式分别能达到±1.156cm、±1.253cm及±1.376cm合乎工程测量规范之标准，本研究在工程上不仅提供实务上快速测得正高的方法，於学术上亦可提供区域性大地起伏模型相关研究之参考。

Results; The injection of mixed bacteria caused a pathological alteration of oviductal wall, such as edema in mucous, shortened cilia of epithelium, inflammatory cell infiltrating, dilation and hyperraemia in blood capillary within lamina propria and obstruction of oviductal lumen. These pathological changes were recovered following the treatment of FGST intragastrically administrated.

A central venous catheter was inserted for hemodynamic monitoring and blood transfusion. Cardiac tamponade occurred secondary to perforation of the superior vena cava by the central venous catheter.
