Results showed sTGC-CM, which is similar with the effect of hTGC-CM, was able to induce human DPSCs to make odontoblastic changes as indicated by remarkable morphological changes, increased proliferation ability, higher multipotential and colony forming capability, and expression of some odontogenic markers in gene and protein levels,such as DSP, DSPP, DMP1, BSP, OCN, OPN.

结果表明：人牙髓干细胞经过一定时间的猪牙胚条件培养基诱导后，能在细胞形态上和细胞周期上发生改变，能具有更高的克隆形成能力和多向分化能力，能维持更好的干细胞特性，具有更强的增殖能力，表达更高水平的碱性磷酸酶，免疫组化和RT-PCR提示诱导后的牙髓干细胞能在蛋白水平和基因水平表达出一些牙向分化的标志，如DSP、DSPP、DMP1、BSP、OCN、OPN等。

Result of immunohistochemistry showed there were caspase-3 positive expression in all the segments. The injured spinal cord and bladder expressed significantly more caspase-3 positive results (P.0l), upper and lower segments were lower than the injured segments (P.01), but higher than the control team (P.0l).

结果：HE染色发现脊髓损伤后脊髓内空洞形成、炎性细胞浸润等病理学变化，膀胱壁中可见到肌束断裂、肌细胞肥大增生、胶原增生、炎性细胞浸润等病理学改变；Nissal染色显示脊髓损伤后损伤节段及其上、下节段均出现神经元数量的减少；免疫组化结果表明3组均有不同程度的caspase-3表达，损伤组脊髓和膀胱内膜caspase-3表达较正常组显著增加(P.01)，损伤上段及下段caspase-3表达较损伤节段为少(P.01)，但均高于正常对照组(P.01)。

Here, we took demonstration study of the ecological impacts of disconnection from the river on fish recources in Zhangdu Lake. Our results showed that:(1) Fishery mode changed and the rate of wild fishery production changed from 95% in 1949 to less than 5% in 2002.(2) Fish species have decreased from 80 in 1950s to 52 at present, and the rate of migrant and potamic species decreased from 50% in 1950s to 30% at present.(3) Comparing with the linking lake, Zhangdu Lake had higher fishing production, larger individual size, fewer species number and lower diversity index of "mihunzheng" fishery, a universal fishing tool in Yangtze.

我们以涨渡湖为例开展江湖阻隔后对单个湖泊鱼类资源所产生的生态影响进行研究，结果表明：江湖阻隔导致湖泊生产经营方式改变，使得野生渔业产量的比例由1949年的95%，降低到2002年的不足5%；江湖阻隔后湖泊鱼类种类由50年代约80种下降到现在的52种，其中，洄游性和流水型鱼类比重由50%下降至不足30%；迷魂阵渔获物在单位产量、个体大小上极显著(p 0.01)地高于通江湖泊，但在物种数和多样性指数上则要低得多(p 0.01)。
