In general, the design work with traditional measures is done by hand, which cannot meet the needs of the technology and manufacture. So the author has developed a CAD hydraulic design software fit for lower specific speed axial flow runner, which is easily operated by users.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1 Analyzing the main reason of axial flow power station cannot work well under littler volume of flow in some season and putting forward an improving scheme, pointing out the characters of design under abnormal factors.2 Combined with the development of the industry in our country, the abnormal hydraulic design method of propeller turbine is discussed based on present literature, data and experiment results.3 Guided by the design method of software engineering, a suit of hydraulic design software of Lower Specific Speed Axial Flow Runner is programmed by the object-oriented programming language Visual Basic and a straightforward, concise and standard Windows human-computer dialogue interface is designed for the system, which makes the operation of the system very convenient.4 ActiveX Automation technology is adopted as the interface with AutoCAD and the hydraulic drawings are edited, modified by AutoCAD until hydraulic model drawings according with the demand of engineering practice are output.5 To resolve practice problem, the author has designed a lower specific speed axial flow runner for Duowa Power Station through an example.

论文的主要内容有：1 深入分析很多轴流定桨式水电站枯水季节小流量下不能发电的主要原因，提出减容改造方案，并指出超常规条件下的改造设计特点。2 结合国情及行业发展需要，参考现有资料、文献和前人的研究成果，进行低比转速轴流式转轮叶片水力设计方法的研究，对轴流式转轮叶片的奇点分布法水力设计进行了全面的探索，结合现代计算机技术，找到了一种针对特殊条件的轴流式转轮叶片水力设计方法。3 仔细比较多种AutoCAD二次开发工具后，结合本课题的特点，选用Visual Basic语言，综合应用软件工程的设计思想，进行低比转速轴流式转轮叶片水力设计软件的编制，为系统设计了直观、简洁和标准的Windows人机对话界面，便于用户操作；编程时在考虑到设计条件特殊性的同时，尽量做到程序的通用性，使之可用于解决同一类问题；另外，大部分程序还可移植到普通轴流式转轮叶片水力设计中，具有良好的适应性。4 利用ActiveX Automation技术与AutoCAD接口，对AutoCAD进行二次开发，在AutoCAD下实现水力图的自动生成和编辑，直至输出符合实际工程要求的木模图。5 通过算例，为多哇水电站设计了一个低比转速轴流定桨式转轮，解决其在枯水期小流量下不能发电的问题。

Firstly the theoretical models of reflective optical fiber bundle sensors were put forward for their general applicability, which can provide guidance for the design and implement of such sensors. Based on such theoretical models, an embedded optical fiber bundle sensor is implemented for displacement measurement in fine machining and precision controlling. Secondly the design and implement of an embedded network interface was presented, which can connect the sensors into Fieldbus network, IP network, wireless communication network and so on. Lastly the sensor structural design based on embedded microprocessor and real-time operation system, the software structural design based on multitasking and monocycle were presented, which can increase the real-time and reliability features of signal processing and transmission.

结合精细加工和精密控制中的位移测量，提出了同轴随机型反射式光纤束位移传感器的建模分析理论和设计实现，该传感器模型的建立及应用有效地避免了传统"试制-修正"法的盲目性，为反射式光纤束传感器的设计和制造提供了理论指导，为新型传感器的研究和应用开辟了道路；提出了基于嵌入式系统的网络接口模块的设计和实现，使传感器能够无缝接入现场总线、IP网以及无线通讯网等网络，从而拓展了传感器的应用领域；提出了基于嵌入式微处理器和实时多任务操作系统的传感器结构设计以及基于多任务单循环的软件结构设计，提高了传感信息处理和传输的实时性和可靠性。

The ordinary edge detection methods such as Sobel and Canny operators are immune to noise, which result in cophasal axes discontinuity due to lack of edge information caused by noise.

由于边缘检测中常用的Sobel算子和Canny算子检测同相轴时对噪声免疫差，常因噪声因素引起边缘信息缺失导致同相轴提取不连续，本文采用中值滤波并对Sobel算子进行改进，对地震剖面图进行预处理，结合均方差自动确定阈值并进行异常检测，提取完整同相轴。

The ordinary edge detection methods such as Sobel and Canny operators are immune to noise, which result in cophasal axes discontinuity due to lack of edge information caused by noise. In order to extract cophasal axes more continuous and immune to noise, a novel approach is developed based on edge detection. Firstly, the median filter and improved Sobel method are used to preprocess seismic section images. Secondly, the threshold value is determined automatically based on variance to detect abnormal information. Finally, the complete cophasal axes are extracted after a post-processing.

However, when double-front-axle steering system failure take place, abrasion of the two wheels of the same steering axle is in the same side, and that, tyre abrasion direction of front and back steering axles is rightabout. That is to say, if tyre abrasion of front steering axle lie in the left side, tyre abrasion of back steering axle lie in the right side to a certainty, which is the rule of tyre abrasion of double-front-axle steering automobile.

Firstly, we research the Vlasov antenna with reflector mainly. A new method to calculate the radiation of the antenna is founded with Vectorial Theory of Diffraction, and the corresponding program is made. The reflective characters of Vlasov antenna are studied with Moment Methods, and the results show that the total reflected energy is less than 0.25%. The radiation patterns of the antenna are analyzed, and the formulas to estimate the wave beam parameters and to design the antenna are provided. The feasibility of radiating high-order modes by Vlasov antenna is also discussed and verified. The hermetization of the Vlasov antenna is researched and the results show that with such kinds of hermetization the antenna can work under gigawatt level. The design of the mode converter from TEM to TMoi is studied, which is useful when the TEM coaxial mode is radiated by Vlasov antenna. At last, the flared-end Vlasov antenna is also discussed.

在Vlasov天线方面：用矢量绕射理论建立了天线辐射场的计算模型并编写了计算程序，该程序计算结果在主瓣上与实验测量吻合良好，近旁瓣也基本一致；利用矩量法计算了天线的反射系数，表明该天线有较小的反射，总的能量反射小于0.25％；详细分析了天线的辐射特性，给出了天线辐射波束相关参数的估算公式和天线设计公式；进一步研究和论证了Vlasov天线辐射高阶轴对称模的可行性；对天线的密封方式和功率容量进行了讨论，结果表明在不需很大密封罩的情况下可以获得GW级的功率容量；为了用Vlasov天线辐射同轴TEM模，研究了TEM-TM_(01)模式转换器的设计，得到了一些基本规律；最后，介绍和分析了带有锥形喇叭的Vlasov天线。

Experimental results show that: bearing capacity of JPP is thirty percent higher than that of cast-in-place pile which has the same length and diameter with JPP. The deformation of JPP is controlled by core pile; axial force distribution of PHC is different with soil-cement; and their axial force ratio in same section is their elastic modulus ratio. Distribution of inner and outer friction resistance is similar; and the inner friction is about 1.62 times of the outer one; it is about the ratio of JPP diameter and PHC diameter. Furthermore, the relation between friction resistance and relative displacement is similarly hyperbolic; and the relation between dip resistance and displacement is also hyperbolic.

试验结果表明，JPP桩与同桩长、同桩经灌注桩相比承载力高30%以上；JPP桩变形由芯桩控制，管桩轴力分布与水泥土轴力分布规律不一致，但同一截面上管桩和水泥土的轴力比值约为其弹性模量的比值；内外摩阻沿桩身的分布规律类似，内摩阻是外摩阻的1.62倍左右，约为JPP桩直径和管桩直径的比值；桩侧摩阻力与桩土相对位移近似双曲线分布，桩端阻力和桩端位移也近似双曲线分布。
