目的 建立真核细胞表达的大鼠FasL基因重组慢病毒载体三质粒包装细胞系统，为进一步研究转FasL基因在同种异体器官移植中诱导免疫耐受、保护移植物的作用奠定基础。

The mtDNA COI, mtDNA COⅡand mtDNA Cyt b genes of different Trichogramma species and different geographical populations of the same Trichogramma species were sequenced, and the genetic distance and phylogenetic relationships of Trichogramma were respectively established based mtDNA gene sequences.

本研究成功测得了多种赤眼蜂不同种和不同地理种群mtDNA（COI、 COⅡ和Cyt b ）的基因序列，对赤眼蜂mtDNA基因序列从遗传距离和系统进化树进行分析，结果表明3个基因序列均适合赤眼蜂种一级的分子鉴定，不能用做种下阶元的区分，同时确定mtDNA Cyt b 基因为赤眼蜂蜂种鉴定的理想基因序列。
