摘 要：同种原料中不同微量元素在黄酒发酵中转化率不同，同样，同种微量元素在黄酒生产常用的4种原料中的转化率也不同，特点为：①在粳米、小米和籼米中Zn的转化率最高，其次为Mg，转化率最低的为Cu和Se；②在糯米中元素Mg的转化率最高，其次为Zn，微量元素Se转化率最低，其次为Cu。

The effect were validated by different yeasts、different malts、10L fermentation equipment .

同时采用气相色谱和液相色谱对甲醛、乙醛、5-羟甲基糠醛含量进行分析，并以不同种酵母、不同种麦芽糖化，10L 发酵罐的小试实验对调节剂效果进行验证。

Identification of extensive phenotypic information to 6 pare cultures and detection of the mol% G+C ratio of the DNA to representative strains, showed that the examined bacteria belonged to a new morphovar of Acinetobacter junii, and was designated as Acinetobacter junii Morphovar Ⅰ. In addition, serotype, antibiotic sensitivity and pathogenicity of isolates were studied, the results showed that the 6 strains have the same K-antigen and O-antigen, there arc no obvious differences in sensitivity and resistance to used 37 antimicrobial agents between strains, and have strong pathogenicity to experimental stone bonder and Bastard halibut.

经对6株纯培养菌在形态特征、理化特性等方面较系统的表观分类学指征鉴定及代表菌株DNA中G+C mol%的测定，表明为琼氏不动杆菌的一个新形态型并定名为琼氏不动杆菌形态型Ⅰ(Acinetobacter junii morphovar Ⅰ)；同时，对该菌进行了血清型、对抗菌类药物的敏感性及致病作用等方面的试验，初步表明此6株菌具有同种的表面及同种的菌体抗原，对供试37种抗菌类药物在不同菌株间的敏感及耐药无明显差异，对供试石鲽及牙鲆均具有较强的致病作用。

It is believed that VOCs can transfer within plant and between the plants of the same species and different species to improve the defense mechanisms of the respective plants, indicating their crucial role in ecosystem function.

Since the different genes which control CSPs need different intensity and degree of stimulation, the same specie of Loaches had the differences in the time and new protein generation under the different temperature treatment. Since two types of Loaches have different adaptability, the time and type of CSPs generation are also different under the same temperature treatment.
