In this paper we will use the concept of "mutual opposite form" to simultaneously recode two scalars stating at most significant bit to least significant bit, i.e. left-to-right recoding. We propose a new representation with low joint Hamming weight to reduce the number of elliptic curve point additions to achieve decreasing the operation cost.

The thesis is based on the architecture of All-Digital Frequency and Phase Synthesizer (All-Digital PLL) which is published by Hugh Mair and Liming Xiu. RESULTS The SOD activity had linear correlation with pH in the range of pH 2.2-8.0 when SOD concentration was fixed. The varication of activity after ultrosonication had linear correlcation with fluoresent intensity at 340 nm. With increase of uhtrosonic frequency, the microenviroment of tyrosine and tryptophan inside the SOD molecule was changed, then the balance of hydrophokicity and hydrophilicity inside the molecule was broken, this induced the blue shift of synchronous spectrum band and decrease of SOD activity.

Barker is synchronized code in digital communication. In this paper, design methods of barker 7 data transmitting card arc presented. The application background of Barker are introduced. The used methods of MCU 80C196KB and CPLD EPM7128SLC are set forth. Transmitting card is designed and implemented by using interface circuit and above-mentioned chips. The control process of barker 7 is introduced under PC parallel-port EPP mode. The partial design circuit is given, the cards is proved to achieve the generation and output of 7 Barker through practice. it can satisfy testing requirements of a certain Russian-made airborne product.
