Results 42 of 45 patients had a history of subarachnoid hemorrhage for 1 to 3 times. 23 and 22 cases died separately before and after digital substract angiography. 5 cases of rebleeding was relating to angiography, 24 cases died during the "high risk" period (4 to 10 days after first rupture).
