Methods 60 parturients that requested labor analgesia were randomly selected by combined spinal-epidural anesthesia with bupivavaine and fentanyl as the observation group.Meanwhile another 60 parturients were selected as the control group without any analgetic measuremens.

We draw thepatients blood about 5 ml from antecubital vein at the time before and after the operation about 30 minutes respectively, preserved the blood in deep hypothermia circumstance,cytrokeratin-20(CK-20) as the micrometastasis maker, using the RT-PCR technique,G3PDH as the intra-contrast gene, quantitatively detect the amounts of CK-20 in the blood with the gelatum imagery system and the computer analyzing software on the gelatum imagery system ,in order to compare the influence of the laparoscopic and the open operation on the micrometastasis.

在我院2003年4月—2004年12月间不同部位的临床分期在Dukes C期之内的接受了腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术结直肠癌患者中随机抽取20例作为试验组，另外在同期的接受开腹手术患者中随机抽取20例作为对照组，分别抽取术前30min和术后30min的肘前静脉血5ml，集中低温保存，以细胞角蛋白(cytekeratin-20)CK-20为微转移的标志物，应用RT-PCR技术，以G3PDH为内对照基因，应用凝胶成像系统及其计算机凝胶成像系统分析软件来定量检测手术前、后患者外周静脉血中CK-20含量，比较腹腔镜和开腹的手术方式对肿瘤微转移的影响。

结果：86例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射式隆乳术后的就诊者中，对无明显器质性改变，仅因心理压力过大而迫切要求取出水凝胶的32例求术者，采用脂肪抽吸式方法抽吸；对于并发硬结明显大而硬者，采用乳晕下1/2半环切开，抽吸水凝胶彻底摘出硬结；水凝胶注入胸大肌内、后间隙者可采用腋下横切口，分离胸大肌将乳腺后间隙水凝胶向胸大肌下间隙挤出抽吸到清亮液体后，同期放入假体于胸大肌后间隙。

The incidences of 4 water-borne infectious diseases except bacteroidal diarrhea showed downtrends year after year in 10 past years.By relativity analyzing,there were negative correlations between overall incidences of 4 water-borne infectious diseases and the qualification rate of drinking water coliform group,between the incidence of hepatitis A and drinking water coliform, between the incidence of typhoid or paratyphoid and drinking water total plate countand between the incidence of typhoid or paratyphoid and drinking water coliform.

改水10年间四类主要介水传染病除菌痢以外均呈逐年下降趋势，经相关性分析，四类主要介水传染病的总发病率与饮用水大肠菌群、甲肝发病率与饮用水大肠菌群、伤寒副伤寒发病率分别与同期饮用水细菌总数和大肠菌群指标合格率变化之间呈负相关。
