In the first part, it was investigated the interaction between Pb2+ and La4Ti9O24 ceramic bulk. The result shows that a significant Pb2+ diffusion into La4Ti9O24 ceramic bulk and a significant crystallization of the La2/3TiO3-type phase is clearly observed in the Pb2+ diffusion layer. The reacted zone consists of the La2/3TiO3-type phase exhibits the linear dependence of the square of the thickness, x, on the heat-treated time, t, in excellent agreement with the parabolic law x2 = kt, where k is the growth rate coefficient. The kinetic study thus indicates that the Pb2+/La4Ti9O24 interaction strictly obeys the theory of the reactive diffusion. Furthermore, the experimental k values were used to determine the associated activation energy, Ea, for the formation of La2/3TiO3-type phase using the Arrhenius plot and the following least-square equation, ln =-Ea/RT + A, where T is the annealing temperature, R is the universal gas constant, and A is a constant, resulting in Ea ~ 607 ?b 60 kJ/mol.

Based on data collected at four stations in Daning River in the spring of 2004 and 2005, phytoplankton community structure, vertical distribution, abundance, biomass, C contents, diversity index, richness index and evenness index were studied. The causes of eutrophication and water blooms in Daning River were analysed and control measures were then put forward. The dominant species were Asterionella Formosa, Cryptomonas ovata, Cyclotella caspia, Stephanodiscus neoastraea in the spring of 2004 and those were Pandorina morum, Eudorina elegans, Cyclotella caspia, Cryptomonas ovata in the spring of 2005. Using stereomicroscope, we observed the fracture line direction and location as well as the angle between the fracture line and the attrite plane. The data was compiled into statistics and analyzed. The results revealed that most of the vertical root fractures occurred in teeth with severe attrite crown and flat root. Numerous bucco-lingual oriented fractures occurred in the mesial root of molars, and we found three non-endodontically treated cases with mesio-distal oriented fractures in the palatal roots.

Pneumoniae FH strain was cloned and the sequence was analysed by M13 DNA sequencing method. Comparing the PCR product sequcence with MP M-129 strain P1 gene, we found that there are 4 bases different. This may result from the different MP DNA templates. The maximum homology is 98.8%. The result confirmed the fidelity and specificity of the amplified target DNA segment by PCP, and suggested that two categories of MP P1 gene still exist a few differences even in the conservation region. The cloning MP DNA segment was labelled by random hexanucleotide priming, after hybridization, the probe detection was completed using an anti-digoxigenin antibody alkaline phosphatase conjugate, and the substrates 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl phosphate and nitro blue tetrazolium. This hybridization system is much superior to the radioactive probe hybridization, because it is safe, easy to handle and has no limitation of decay time. The time required for colormetic detection is also much less than the corresponding autoradiographic exposure time needed to achieve similar detection limits with 32P-labelled probes. The Dig-probes could be used repeatedly, and this made them not only much convenient to use, but also lower the cost, and worthwhile to be used popularly.
