Detailed investigations on hydrogen speciation, hydrogen content, and its isotopic composition of garnet and omphacite in Dabieshan eclogites from several typical localities have been made by this grant; this is the first systematic research of UHP metamorphic fluids from the point view of NAMs.

本项目对大别山典型产地的榴辉岩中的石榴石和辉石进行了详细的结构水赋存状态的确定、结构水含量的测量和氢同位素组成的分析，这是首次系统地从名义上无水矿物的角度来研究超高压变质流体。

Three important conclusions are as follows:(1) the H2O content in garnet and omphacite can be up to 2000ppm and 3000ppm by weight respectively, indicating that they are significant carrier recycing surficial water into deep earth;(2) the heterogeneous distribution at the small scale of the H2O content and hydrogen isotopic ratios suggest that the whole subduction- exhumation process should be very fast;(3) the regular decrease of H2O content from rim to core within some garnet and omphacite grains indicates that hydrogen diffused out from mineral lattice during exhumation in response to sharp pressure decrease, and such hydrogen is expected to be involved in the early-stage retrograde metamorphism.

取得的主要科学认识包括：(1)石榴石和绿辉石的结构水含量可以分别高至2000ppm和3000ppm，这表明它们是板块俯冲过程中将地表水携带进地球深部的重要载体；(2)水含量和氢同位素组成表现出小尺度的不均一分布，说明板块的俯冲和折返过程是十分快速的；(3)在板块折返的早期，由于压力的降低，矿物中的H 会发生不同程度和尺度的扩散，这是早期退变质流体的重要来源。

In order to make it clear that the formation age and source region of Sanchazi island are volcanic rocks from the Mianlue suture. Ziron U-Pb dating, Hf isotopic composition and trace element concentration on the Diabase dike swarm collected front island-arc ophiolitic mélange in Mianlue suture, south Qinling are studied.

为了弄清楚勉略构造带中三岔子岛弧火山岩的形成时代及源区特征，对南秦岭勉略缝合带三岔子岛弧蛇绿混杂岩中的辉绿岩墙样品进行了锆石U-Pb年代学、锆石Hf同位素组成及微量元素组成研究。

The results suggest that different methods will not result in remarkable differences in δ^13C and δ^18O measurements of lake ostracode shells. Therefore, sample cleaning procedure is considered unnecessary for such analyses.

实验表明：不同处理方法对所测介壳样品的δ^13C值和δ^18O值不会产生大的影响，在介壳样品的稳定同位素测试之前不需要对介壳样品进行处理。

摘要通过对川中－川南过渡带西部的磨溪－潼南地区嘉二段天然气组成、碳同位素组成、高演化天然气储层沥青生物标志化合物的系统分析测试和混合成因气的定量估算，阐明了该区嘉二段天然气主要属于二叠系腐泥型有机质成因气，来源于二叠系过成熟为主的碳酸盐岩烃源，主力气源与嘉陵江组自身的碳酸盐岩烃源无关，并具有油型裂解气的地球化学特征。
