合理性

Peasants who suffered unreasonable deprivation would allege even exaggerate irrationality of the treatment in order to endow legitimacy with his incompliance. And if this treatment had no validity, he may also threat prosecuting or finally indicting his antagonist ,this means will give him great courage in the game. The effect of this strategy also lies on the type of the antagonist. Whether he takes law as a weapon or not in the dispute is decided by cost calculation of this means.

另一方面，被不合理但合法剥夺的农民，会想尽办法先避开利益剥夺的合法性，之后宣称甚至夸大这种利益剥夺的不合理性，从而为自己的不顺从行为创造正当性，这种行动策略最常见于官民纠纷当中，因此它的效果就与基层干部的&摆平&能力相关；如果是不合理且不合法的利益剥夺，那么除了宣传、夸大不合理性外，他还会以诉讼相威胁或者诉讼的方式来维护自己的利益，将追求合理性与追求合法性两者统一起来，这种抗争策略的效果同样与抗争对象的层次有关。

In this thesis, firstly, some main models have been checked on their accuracy, and the reliability of MACORS code has been verified by the RELAP5/MOD2 code on five transient conditions for QSNP: loss of flow; loss of offsite power; incontrollable control rod withdrawal; the feed-water temperature increasing and the feed-water lost. The results obtained are very satisfactory. Secondly, MACORS is used to calculate the operating and accident transients for QSNP, and the analysis results are significant to real engineering. And finally for MNRS, MACORS is used to simulate the steady-state natural circulation heat-removed capacity and the transient behaviors from forced circulation to natural circulation. Some important conclusions are obtained by the analysis results.

本论文首先从各方面对核动力系统中最主要的、热工水力特性最复杂的反应堆和蒸汽发生器进行单独验证和理论分析，其次分别利用RELAP5/MOD2程序和MACORS程序对秦山核电站的双环路失流、全厂断电、反应性事故引入、主给水参数变化及丧失主给水五种瞬态工况进行了计算，结果符合很好，从而证明了本程序模型的准确合理性，选择数值方法的有效性和编制程序的正确性；尔后，利用MACORS程序对秦山核电站的多种运行及事故瞬态进行了分析，得出了具有工程价值的结论；对船用核动力装置的稳态自然循环载热能力以及相应参数的特性、强迫循环与自然循环的过渡工况等进行了仿真分析，所得结论对我国核动力船舶的设计，运行以及安全审评具有重要的意义。

Operations are given and testified in this paper. The research methods of intrinsical linear nonholonomic dynamics are similar to those of holonomic dynamics.The rationality and equivalence of Chetaev model and Vacco model in the intrinsical linear nonholonomic system are testified from the mathematic and mechanical aspects. The essential reason is the nonlinear property of intrinsical nonlinear nonholonomic constrain that bring on Chetaev model and Vacco model inequivalent. Chetaev model is a linear approximate method in intrinsical nonlinear nonholonomic system. Vacco dynamical equations are not satisfied to the ideal constraint force conditions, but it gives a significative ponderation on the realizations of intrinsical nonlinear nonholonomic constrain.

本文比较研究了一般非完整系统的Chetaev模型和Vacco模型，首次从力学和数学的角度论证了这两种模型在完整系统和本质线性非完整系统中的合理性和等价性；同时给出了在本质非线性非完整系统中，Chetaev模型和Vacco模型不等价的根本原因，是由本质非线性非完整约束的不确定性非线性本质所导致的；指出在本质非线性非完整系统中，Chetaev模型是一种线性近似的结果，Vacco动力学方程虽然不满足约束力的理想性质，但是为我们研究本质非线性非完整约束的物理实现提供了有益的思考。

In this article, weh ave utilized the ABEEM-σπ model to research this kind of reactions. Through regional softness values of both the atoms and π bonds, which are calculated by this model, we have interpreted properly the typical and particular stereoselectivity of Diels-Alder reaction. Furthermore, we also have initiatorily probed into the rationality and feasibility in terms of synthesizing heteroatomic -ring compounds using Diels-Alder reaction.

本文利用ABEEM-σπ模型对此类反应进行了研究，通过计算原子和π键区域的电荷分布和局域软度，结合局域硬软酸碱原理对Diels-Alder 反应的立体选择性给出了合理解释，而且还初步探讨了利用Diels-Alder 反应合成杂环化合物方法的合理性和可行性。

对照哈耶克的社会秩序理论，笔者认为，宪法诉讼机制在型构宪政秩序时必然要照顾到以下结论：其一，宪政秩序的取得，往往是一个制度自然变迁的结果，宪法裁决虽然也可能在短期内形成一定的宪法秩序，不过却无法强行地达到一个较大范围内持久的秩序实效水准；其二，宪政秩序实际上是由两种力量交合而成的，一是社会力量，一是政府力量，宪政秩序的逻辑结构的合理性直接取决于宪法逻辑和社会逻辑之间的博弈过程；其三，宪政秩序更多的是一种对自然逻辑和社会逻辑的模拟形态，是经由政府、公众、立法机关与宪法裁判机构的合作博弈而形成的，宪法诉讼的功用至多在于提供博弈规则，以实现纳什均衡；其四，宪政秩序的维护主要依靠来自信念支持的内部力量与来自强制背景的外部力量；其五，宪政秩序本身是一个动态的、常新的结构，其实现方式与维护手段也处于不断变迁之中，但无论如何，宪法诉讼机制所能提供的只是制约与激励两种。
