The definiens and working principle of controllable pitch propeller are introduced, the characters of CPP mechanism are summarized, and three types of shipping are concluded, which is applicable to equip with controllable pitch propeller by compared with pitch propeller. The control system of CPP usually adopts PID control, but the parameter of PID controller is adjusted inconveniently so as not to receive favorable result, therefore, the CPP control system based on fuzzy and neural network control is proposed so that improving the control effect. The result shows that the system design is feasible and effective.

介绍了可调螺距螺旋桨的定义及工作原理，并归纳了可调螺距螺旋桨推进装置的工作特性及特点，通过与定距桨进行的对比分析，总结出适用于可调螺距螺旋桨的三类船舶；目前调距桨控制系统一般采用传统的PID 控制方法，但由于PID控制器的参数不便于调节，不能取得良好的控制效果，从而提出了基于模糊神经网络控制的调距桨控制系统的设计，以提高调距桨在各种工况下的控制效果，仿真试验结果表明了调距桨控制系统设计的合理性。

Here the deriver' self-equilibrium velocity denotes the deriver' desired equilibrium velocity accompanying that the traffic flow is in the equilibrium state. Consequently the adaptive flux model like Navier-stokes traffic equation is derived from the extended Paveri-Fontana equation. Characteristics and the linear stability are analyzed. Numerical solution of the macroscopic traffic equations verifies rationality of our model.

With this structure the software can be used in various voltage levels of power networks by switching function groupware with corresponding edition. Therefore it is important to solve software universality and developability.(2) Present a new idea that any operating condition is combination of running mode of plant or station, power supply topological and rules of equipment maintenance. This idea is very useful at simplifying setup and choice of operating conditions and ensuring calculation result correction.(3) Present a new idea of protection setting examination and rectification. Protection setting examination is used to examine the selectivity、 sensitivity and speed under certain operating condition, and pass an opinion whether these settings are wrong;Setting rectification is used to calculate new relay settings when error is found in setting examination.(4) Point out that interaction design is the key step in developing power system application software,which can secure usability.

主要成果有：(1)提出了以图形/数据平台为基础的插件式软件结构，通过配置不同版本的功能插件即可应用于不同特点的电网，对解决软件的通用性和可发展性具有重要意义；(2)提出了基于厂站方式、供电方式和检修规律相组合的运行方式分解方法，它能有效提高运行方式选择的合理性与全面性，使定值计算的正确性得到保障；(3)提出了保护定值校正的思想并进行了软件实现，它能检测当前保护定值在选择性、灵敏性、快速性等方面是否适合当前的运行方式，并对不正确的定值进行纠正；(4)指出交互设计应作为电力系统应用软件开发中的一个关键步骤，目的是保证软件的可用性，并对软件开发的过程进行了总结，提出了许多有益的实践经验。
