Results The geometric average dust concentrations of individuals were 0.31-30.27 mg/m3,and the maximum dust concentrations of workplace were 3.13-329.3 mg/m3;the qualified rates of dust concentrations of individuals sample and the workplace were 50% and 11.1% respectively.

目的 了解江门市区托幼机构消毒工作状况，提高相关单位消毒质量，保护入托儿童身体健康。方法对本市区2003～2006年托幼机构监测结果进行回顾性分析。结果 2003～2006年间对本市区托幼机构采样 3 079件，总合格率为80.25％。2004年监测合格率最高为87.96％，其次为2003年82.81％，2005年、2006年合格率分别为77.09％、77.30％。不同监测项目中空气、物件表面、餐饮具合格率分别为83.38％、89.16％、88.28％。工作人员手合格率较低为52.53％，差异有统计学意义。

In this paper,a probability space is introduced to describe IC yield optimization problem,and the probability measure of the feasible region is employed to indicate the yield The weighted Monte Carlo method is snitable in the early optimizzation stage,while the improved SA algorithm is more efficient in the final stage.
