Firstly, a series of organic molecules which use phthalimido group as electron acceptor, N as electron donor, COO~- as eletrofugal group were synthesized based on SET-promoted photocyclization processes. These compounds were irradiated by 500 W ultraviolet under nitrogen atmosphere in room temperature. After filtration of the photochemical character of these molecules, substrate S1 and S2 were selected as appropriate model reactants. Secondly, the monosubstituted derivatives at the 6-position ofβ-cyclodextrin were synthesized as chiral template of photocyclization.

首先，以单电子转移机理为指导，设计了一系列以邻苯二甲酰亚胺基为电子受体、N为电子给体、羧基为离去基团的光环合反应底物，这些化合物在氮气保护下以500瓦紫外光室温下进行光照反应，对这一系列的分子的反应情况进行了研究与筛选，最终选择底物S1和S2作为研究光环合反应中立体控制方法的模型底物；其次，又合成了一系列6-位单取代β-环糊精，以此作为光环合反应的手性模板。

In this project, a series of novel polypyridine ligands and their ruthenium complexes were synthesized. The scope of this work is focused on the construction of multinuclear complexes, the controlling of electron and energy transfer in polynuclear complexes, NLO materials and molecular recognition, The results should be of value in further understanding the properties of the Ru complex, as well as laying the foundation for the rational design of Molecular devices based on Ru complexes.

The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analyses.

Finally, two tetranuclear Cu~(2+) complexes were constructed from a new salen ligand with alkoxo groups. The two complexes were obtained by the reaction of the same ligand with Cu~(2+) in different solvents, i.e., a stage tetranuclear complex and a pseudo-cubane tetranuclear complex in MeOH and THF, respectively.

最后，本文以Schiff碱类过渡金属配合物发展应用为研究背景，设计并合成了一种新型Schiff碱及其两种构型的Cu金属配合物，发现所设计的具有和三个Schiff碱配体，与Cu_2在不同的反应溶剂中进行配位反应时，可以得到不同结构的配合物。

A series of lanthanide complexes (Ln = Er, Nd, Yb) with infrared emission properties were designed and synthesized by using different anionic ligands [1 -phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-tertbutylbenzoyl)-5-pyrazolone and l-phenyl-3-methyl-4--5-pyrazolone and 2-naphtoyl trifluoroacetone] and netural ligands (2,2-dipyridine, phenanthroline, triphenylphosphine oxide and water). Three crystal structures of these complexes were obtained and structure studied, and the properties of photoluminescence and fluorescent lifetime were studied in detail.
