In a distributed computer system, an automated document annotation system and method adds hypertext cross-references to a set of known information sources into documents requested by a client computer in such a way that the merged document is displayable by existing Web browsers. The distributed computer network incorporates a plurality of servers to store documents. Each stored document has a unique document identifier and is viewable from a client computer having a browser configured to request and receive documents over the network. An annotation proxy, which is a software procedure configured to merge a requested document from a first server with hypertext links to documents containing associated supplemental information.

We found that during the growth process the double steps first grow separately and the connected by short bridge before tangential growth. The changes of appearance in buccal cancer patient due to disease itself or after remedy always has big impact on patients' body image. This study explored the adaptation process of body image for appearance changes in buccal cancer patients after surgery and examined the relationship among adaptation, social support, and body image. The purposes of this study were to: 1.explore the distribution of essential attribute, healthy behavior, disease condition, body image, body image adaptation, and social support in buccal cancer patients after operation; and 2. examine if the adaptation of body image and social support will affect patients' body image. The study usee a cross-sectional design and recruit post-operative buccal cancer patients from a regional teaching hospital at southern Taiwan.

口腔癌患者因疾病及治疗带来的外观改变，对患者心理上於身体心像的调适会形成极大的冲击，且发病年龄多集中在中壮年期的男性，本研究即探讨男性口腔癌个案术后身体心像因应及社会支持之相关性，研究目的主要针对：一、了解男性口腔癌术后不同时期患者其基本属性、健康行为、疾病情况的分布情形以及身体心像状况、身体心像因应和社会支持的情形；二、了解身体心像的影响因子为何，采用横断式研究法，以立意取样，於南部某区域教学医院的耳鼻喉科门诊，选取罹患口腔癌且经手术治疗过后的男性患者，并排除合并其他非口腔癌重大伤病者及合并其他慢性疾病造成外观改变者。

A few abnormal ECG such as sinus tachycardia, sinus arrhythmia, sick sinus syndrome decreased with age. The incidence of sinus bradycardia and preexcitation syndrome were bail shape with age. Half of abnormal ECG adults had at least two abnormal ECG, such as STT changes combined with ventricular premature beats or bundle branch block.

Based on analyzing the algorithms of Delaunay triangulation creation in domestic and abroad, in view of the situation of building DTM and the need of realizing railway 3D visual design, a divide-and-conquer algorithm to build DTM is presented, the algorithm use square grids to manage disordered points, to form triangular meshes in grids, DTM can be obtained by merging the triangular meshes, so that the work of sorting of the disordered points before building DTM is reduced greatly; moreover, the algorithm utilize subarea to control the vertices of convex hull so that the range which support points locate in can be predefined when searching support points, the workload of searching support points can be reduced and the speed of merging two triangulations is raised.
