The following results were obtained.(1) The dissociation of some LHCⅡs from PSⅡ complex occurred after saturating illumination, but FSBA treatment inhibited the dissociation as shown by analysis of sucrose density gradient centrifugation and low-temperature (77K) chlorophyll fluorescence.(2) A significant increase in Fo and decrease in Fv/Fm occurred after saturating illumination, and the two parameters could largely recover to the levels of dark-adapted leaves after subsequent 3 h in the dark, but they could not recover when FSBA existed during saturating illumination.

获得如下结果：（1）饱和光照明可以引起部分LHCⅡ从PSⅡ核心复合体上脱离，但FSBA处理可以抑制LHCⅡ脱离；（2）大豆叶片经过3小时饱和光处理后，初始荧光Fo明显升高，而PSⅡ光化学效率Fv／Fm显著降低，但经过随后3小时暗恢复后，Fo和Fv／Fm基本可以恢复到初始暗对照的水平，而FSBA处理增大它们的变化程度，并且放置暗中3小时后不能恢复。
