Based on the studies of moderate temperature isomerization catalysts carried out by domestic and foreign researchers, the paper systematically discussed the influence of a variety of factors in process of commercial preparation on the performance of catalyst which applied Pd as its metal component and HM as its acid carrier. The paper also explored the deactivated reasons of catalyst and its regenerating measure. Preparation of mordenite and scaled up production of catalyst, stability of catalyst was demonstrated in a 100kt/a commercial plant. The findings provide important basis for preparing Pd isomerization catalyst and industrial application.

本文在国内外学者对中温异构化催化剂及工艺研究的基础上，以钯作为金属组份，氢型丝光沸石作为酸性载体，系统研究了工业制备过程中各种因素对催化剂性能的影响，以及催化剂失活的原因及再生方法，进行了丝光沸石及催化剂的放大生产，并在10万吨/年工业装置上考察了催化剂的稳定性，为制备载Pd异构化催化剂及工业应用提供了重要依据。

The composition, crystal modification and microstructure of Na〓SO〓/SiO〓 CESM are researched by using metallography microscope, X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show no new substance appears other than quartz and thenardite, but the crystal modification phenomenon is discovered; quartz and thenardite are combined very well with wetting and mechanical inserting; a dense and continuous microstructure is seen in fractography, but holes and cracks defects are found too.

研究结果表明最终制备出的复合相变储能材料在常温下的主要物相为α—石英和芒硝〓—T，与制备前相同；制备工艺对复合材料的最终的物相变化影响不大，仅仅是制备过程中出现各组份的晶型转变；复合储能材料物相分布较为均匀，预制体粘结良好，两相基本互相包覆，其间仅是因浸润结合而形成的机械嵌合作用；复合储能材料中存在有封闭孔、杂质、未渗区等各种缺陷。

The results show that (1) the relation between the displacement of infiltration front and the advancing time is 〓;(2) the pressure of infiltration changes with time according to 〓;(3) the distribution of pressure in the direction of infiltration length is P=a〓+b〓L.(4) the change of temperature or viscosity of molten aluminum affects infiltration velocity in fillers of diameter in the range of 1. 5～5. 5mm very little, but this velocity in fillers of diameter 0.5mm is reduced with the decrease of AL temperature.
