The results showed that with the normal dosage 60g/hm2, inhibiting rate of the plant height and weight of Taiyu 2, Jinzhenzhu, Taiyu 15, Zinuo and other three breeds are beyond 40% and 30%, and it is obvious that plant growing is inhibited, the leaves etiolate and new leaves twist severely and couldn't grow normally. Inhibiting rate of the plant height of Ziyu 2, Taiyu 2, Liaoyu 18, Ludan 50, Zhengdan 958 and some other varieties are between 30.6% and 38.1%, the sensitivity of these varieties are lower and the plant modalities are not influenced bigger; in addition, Nongda 108, Nongda 2008, Xinyu 958 and Taiyu 12 grow healthy, the resistance to nicosulfuron are higher compared with other varieties.

温室盆栽测定结果表明，在烟嘧磺隆大田常规用量60g ai/hm2下，各品种对药剂的敏感性差异显著，泰玉2号、金珍珠、泰玉15号、紫糯等7个品种对烟嘧磺隆表现较为敏感，株高抑制率均在40.4%以上，鲜重抑制率在31.37%以上，表现为植株生长受到抑制，叶片黄化，新叶牛尾状扭曲不能正常抽出；淄玉2号、泰玉2号、聊玉18、鲁单50、鲁原单14、郑单958等品种的株高抑制率在30.6%～38.1%，敏感性略低；而农大2008、农大108、鑫玉958和泰玉12号生长正常，耐药性相对较高，无明显药害症状。

The results showed that "Green Drought Resistance agent NO.1, NO.2 and NO.3" harmonized ear number, spike number and 1000-seed weight of winter wheat in dry land, they have good yield-improving effects. The drought-enduring experimentation showed that with the raising of the PEG density, the restrain that burgeon and rootage got on each treatment were more obvious. The drought resist of burgeon ratio, length of bud, rootage ratio, number of root and length of root treated by GDR1 was better than check's.

The secondary root number per plant of Yumai No 49,a mi d-s trength quality wheat,is the smallest among the three varieties except the winte r stage but its root system quality is the best;the intensity of reducing TTC an d the activity of SOD of fresh wheat root are the highest during the period fro m winter stage to flag leaf stage.Since flag leaf stage,its physiological charac ters are weaker and have bigger variation during whole stage.The secondary root number per plant of Yumai No 50,a soft quality wheat,is the biggest except duri ng winter stage,and its dry weight of root of single plant is the heaviest in ev ery stage.Before 19th,March,its intensity of reducing TTC is the weakest and dec reases abruptly after flag leaf stage,but its activity of SOD decreases slowly.R oot dry weight per plant of Yumai No 34,a high quality wheat,is the smallest amo ng the three varieties and its root system quality is the weakest.Before jointin g stage,the intensity of reducing TTC is stronger,but after that,it decreases sl owly though it is smaller,and the activity of SOD decreases slowly in every stag e.

中筋小麦豫麦49号除越冬初期外，其它各时期单株次生根条数均为最少，单株根干重介于豫麦34号及豫麦50号之间，单根质量高；越冬初期至挑旗期，根系活力、根中SOD活性均强于其它两个品种，挑旗后，根系生理活性较小，整个生育期根系生理活性变化幅度大；弱筋小麦豫麦50号除越冬初期外，其它各时期单株次生根条数均最多，单株根干重各时期均为最大；拔节前根系活力最弱，挑旗后根系活力下降幅度较大，根中SOD活性较强且各时期变化幅度不大；强筋小麦豫麦34号，单株根干重最小，根系质量最差；拔节前根系活力较强，拔节后根系活动较弱，下降速度缓慢，根中SOD活性各时期变化幅度较小。

Three primer pairs located in psbA~trnK, psbB~psbH and trnR-ACG~trnN-GUU regions were applied in phylogenetic analysis according to Maximum parsimony and Neighbor-joining methods. The consistent results between the phylogenetic analysis and taxonomy indicated the application potential of the three primer pairs in phylogenetic analysis and species identification. However, due to no sequence variation observed in amplified regions between two vegetable soybean varieties (KS5 and KS8), two cowpea subspecies (Vigna unguiculata ssp. cylindrica and Vigna unguiculata ssp. sesquipedalis), and among three rice varieties (TNG67, TK9, and TCS10), the three primer pairs are not effective in identifying variation within species.
