This paper deals with the influences of Hg to the morpha. some physiological and biochemical parameters such as chlorophyll, superoxide dismutase, catalase of a kind of submerged macrophyte Egeria najas; some parameters for the amelioration of water quality and agamogenesis of Egeria najas were also studied.

Changes in morphological indexes, chlorophyll mass fraction, malondialdehydel molal concentration and protective enzyme activities of Hosta×hybrida 'So Sweet', Aspidistra elatior 'Punctata', Speirantha gardenii with shading treatments of 50%, 75%, 90% and a control of 0% were studied using the subordination function method.

对花叶玉簪甜心Hosta×hybrida 'So Sweet'，花叶蜘蛛抱蛋Aspidistra elatior 'Punctata'和白穗花Speirantha gardenii等3种地被植物进行不同程度遮光处理，研究了遮光条件下3种植物形态指标、叶片叶绿素质量分数、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度和保护酶活性的变化。

The activity of superoxide dismutase, content of chlorophyllans element S in the leaves of Symplocos tetragona treated with 10 mmol/L NaHSO3, and pH buffering capacity in cell sap were determined in order to explore the resistance mechanism of S. tetragona to SO2 pollutant in this paper.

The result shows that the chitosan can increase the the amount of effective tiller, then the yield of both of cultivars of Zizania caduciflora is enhanced markedly, and the concentration of 45mg/L of the chitosan has the best effect. The activity of POD in leaves and the content of sucrose in product can be increased after using the chitosan, and the change of the chlorophyl content could be abated and the effect has a long duration, and the furthersome effect of chitosan on the activities of the CAT and the APX lasts in the prophase and the midphase of growth.
