The effect of storage temperature and packaging on quality change of Chrysanthemum nankingense was studied. Quality indices including etiolating rate, weight loss, respiration, Vc, reducing sugar, chlorophyll, fiber and sensory quality were measured during storage.

研究了不同贮藏温度和包装方式对菊花脑采后贮藏期间生理品质变化的影响，测定了贮藏期间菊花脑的黄化率、失重率和呼吸强度、还原糖、维生素C、叶绿素和纤维素含量，并进行了感官评价。

The changes of nitrogen content, free amino acid, C/N ratio and chlorophyll content of wheat in wheat-faba bean intercropping system were studied by pot experiment with 3 N levels 0, 75 and 150 mg Nkg^(-1 soil. The results showed that leaf nitrogen content of intercropped wheat was higher than that of monocultured wheat at 3N level at tilling and booting stages, but was lower at heading stages.
