结果表明盐胁迫抑制了金光杏梅幼苗的生长，随着盐浓度的升高，金光杏梅的株高、叶面积、叶鲜重、叶干重、茎干重、根干重均显著降低；叶片叶绿素含量、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度亦显著降低，且盐浓度越高，下降幅度越大；细胞间隙CO2浓度随着盐浓度增加而增大，表明盐胁迫下非气孔因素是导致金光杏梅叶片光合速率下降的主要原因。
