The experimental results indicated that, after chilling treatments, chlorophyll a fluorescence induction kinetic curves of tomato leaves were changed obviously,the Fv/Fo and Rfd values were decreased,and the primary light energy conversion of photosystem II and the potential photosynthetic activity had been inhibited.

实验结果指出，在低温处理(8℃，5℃，2℃下，暗中24小时)后，番茄叶片的体内叶绿素a荧光诱导动力学曲线有了明显的改变，Fv／Fo值、Rfd值降低了，光系统II原初光能转换效率和潜在的光合活力均受到抑制。

结果表明：①干旱胁迫下水稻株高降低、分蘖数减少，根系则表现出主根伸长、支根增多、根表面积和根体积增加；秸秆表施和猪粪混施可明显改善水稻的生长和根系形态，而秸秆混施和猪粪表施的改善作用不显著；②干旱胁迫下叶片叶绿素含量显著降低，超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶及过氧化氢酶活性均显著下降，秸秆表施和猪粪混施能够在一定程度上抑制这种下降幅度。

The results of physiological indexes analysis under different salt stress condition showed that cell membrane permeability of all species increased along with the increasing of NaCl concentration, and concentrations of Na+, Cl-, proline, soluble sugar, saccharose and malondialdehyde showed the same tendency.
