佘波1，刘瑞霞1，张吉立21山西林业职业技术学院，太原030009；2大庆职业学院黑龙江大庆163255本试验以喜林芋越冬中叶片变黄绿，观赏价值降低为背景，研究叶面喷施氮肥对新生叶片生长以及观赏叶片叶绿素含量变化，电导率变化情况。

The results showed that nitrogen application combined with potassium can increase chlorophyll content,photosynthesis rate and photosynthate accumulation of wheat flag leaves,meanwhile,it also can promote the dry matter.

结果表明，氮钾配施可增加小麦旗叶叶绿素含量、光合速率和光合物质的积累，促进营养器官干物质向籽粒中的转移，增加籽粒产量。

The results indicated that the treatment of 12.40% paraquat·fluroxypr had significant difference on net photosynthate, content of chlorophyll and malondialdehyde and so on with other treatments and very strong synergism.

结果表明，12.40%百·氟EC处理对空心莲子草净光合速率、叶绿素以及丙二醛含量等较其他处理差异明显，表现出较强的增效作用。

The results indicated that the actual inhibition ratio and the theoretical inhibition ratio of net photosynthate and stomatal conductance of glyphosate-ammonium and fluroxypr-mepthyl (4:1) mixture against Altemanthera philoxeroider were from 80% to 100%, and those of intercellular CO2 concentration, content of chlorophyll and malondialdehyde were above more than 110%, and strong synergism.

结果表明，该配比混剂处理对空心莲子草净光合速率和气孔导度的实际抑制率与理论抑制率的百分比在80%~100%之间，表现出相加作用；而对胞间CO2浓度、叶绿素含量及丙二醛含量的实际抑制率与理论抑制率的百分比均在110%以上，表现出较强的增效作用。

本项目利用人工诱变和体细胞单克隆技术等高新技术和传统的选择育种相结合的方法，分离出生长快、优质，高产，抗高温等的优良品种，在生产上大面积推广应用，并获得了分离坛紫菜稳定色素突变体的技术和建立坛紫菜的快速良种选育实用技术；新品种亩产提高26%-30%，3种主要色素(藻红蛋白、藻蓝蛋白、叶绿素a)提高10%以上，抗病烂能力较强。
